Wulin Square District hotels & accommodations

Pleasant stay overall. Bed and washroom good. Just the air con can not adjust accordingly, too warm. Hotel able to access metro direct from underground Wulin Square mall but somehow still get confused with its direction and get lost few times. Need bring swimming cap if you want to use the swimming pool.

Definitely value for money. For the same price at a hotel room we can get a grand serviced apartment stay here. Best thing is it comes with a washer & dryer (good for us to wash our clothes especially on long trips here in Hangzhou i.e 14 days). We love the living room size and dining table too! And the u-shape kitchen that comes with it! We just love the overall fee...

Best hotel that I've stayed over in Hangzhou. Staff over at Reception is nice and friendly. Very approachable and professional! Had a pleasant stay. Staff Lucy is the staff that I would like to complement of her professionalism and going over the extra miles in helping my check in and other request.

Booked 2 nights in this hotel. It is brand new, the design and furniture are cozy and stylish. Got a kingsize bed which is very comfortable. Bathroom is big with separate shower and tub facilities. The hotel location is in wulin square which is the newer area in Hangzhou for luxury shopping. Taxi ride is only 5-10 minutes to west lake area. Hotel reception and bell boy...

Stayed 2 nights, really enjoyed, very relaxing. Modern minimalistic pseudo-Japanese decor will appeal to many, large room, beautiful bathroom. Attentive staff, didn't try the restaurant because of many eateries around the locale, Wulin Square is only a short walk away. Will return very soon.

In a word, Excellent. I was there with my wife for sightseeing and time off from busy city life. Both goals were achieved. The hotel was a nice relaxing pad, with very helpful staff, guiding and assisting us from getting a taxi to advicing us on which sites to visit. I would definitly stay at this hotel again whenever I visit Hangzhou again.

we stayed in the hotel for a period of 3 nights and instantly felt welcomed by the staff. The hotel certainly lives up to its 4 star rating (unlike some others in China) with the quality of rooms and amenities well worth the price. The reception staff gave me a bad impression at check-in but subsequent experience turn out to be really good! the lobby has a distinctive cigarette smell which isn't really nice. The location is decent too, it is easy to get food or groceries from the little marts within 5 minute walking distance.

Nice stay. Staff did not speak english but good for me because I am learning Chinese. Beds where really surprisingly good . Better then many 5 star hotels. Its quite important cause in china you have a lot of hotels with hard beds. Rooms also like the standard of like the best boutique orange hotels in China. great location as the hotel is near to attraction places in hangzhou such as wulin square, west lake & night market qing he fang. hotel also served international breakfast buffet, mainly on chinese style. however, some dishes are too oily. 4 star rated hotel-worth to stay.

Great hotel with many small restaurants on both sides of the street. The hotel has buffet dining on the 6th floor. We only went there on the first morning for breakfast. It cost us RMB 50 per person. Food is decent with Chinese and continental breakfast items. Waves of diners from tour groups swooped in taking majority of the food and the restaurant is slow to fil...

We had a very pleasant & enjoyable stay at Hangzhou Hotel. The room is big, clean & comfortable. The hotel is also located within walking distance of many shopping centres. For my needs, the hotel was good value as I didn't want to spend too much as just a solo traveller (visiting friend). I only interacted with the staff during checkin/checkout and lunch, they speak a little English coupled with my basic Chinese so not really a problem communicating. The hotel staff have minimal English so you'll either need translation assistance or Chinese language skills despite this they are quite helpful and willing to serve all of your needs regardless of the language barrier. Room was interior was nice. Didnt use any other of the hotel facilities, was only there for a one night stay. I would recommend to others.
