Spent a night after the college graduation of my eldest daughter in UST and spent Father’s Day celebration the next day. Great room interior and view overlooking Manila area and Manila Bay from afar and also great sunset view. Excellent breakfast foods and choices at Copa De Manila though there was a long queue at around 8:45AM as the dining area is small but nevertheless had a great sumptuous foods. Also had a dinner at Copa De Manila to celebrate the graduation with my relatives. Definitely will come back.

We’ve already experienced Winford Hotel’s rooms and services before, and once again, everything was exceptional. We truly enjoyed our stay and are thankful for how considerate the staff were. The room was clean and lovely, and the pool was amazing—it had warm water, so you wouldn’t feel cold even at night. The breakfast was also good. Thank you, Winford! We’ll definitely consider checking in again sometime.

“Birthday Escapade of my Son”
We stayed at Winford Hotel Manila for 3 days, and overall, it was a pleasant experience with a few highs and lows worth noting. Booking & Service: We booked through Agoda, and the process was smooth and hassle-free. I contacted the hotel to confirm and made a special request for a complimentary cake for my son’s birthday — and they generously accommodated it! That gesture really set a positive tone for our stay. Room & Amenities: Our room was spacious and comfortable, though the view wasn’t of city lights — still acceptable. One downside is that the room didn’t have a real fridge. There was a mini-cooler type of unit that could only fit canned drinks, so we had nowhere to store leftover food. There was also no bathtub or bathrobe, which you’d normally expect in a 4-star hotel. The shower area had frosted glass, but it still left a blurry silhouette visible — I literally had to ask my family to turn away while I was bathing. A bit awkward! Parking: There’s plenty of parking, but the spiral structure really did a number on me. After going up and down for three days, it honestly made my head spin — quite literally. Staff & Security: The staff were polite, courteous, and very helpful. They even called us when my husband accidentally left his tablet in the lobby. We really appreciated their honesty and quick action in returning it. Food: Breakfast was just okay. For a 4-star hotel, we expected more variety. The spread leaned too heavily on veggies — not really what most people crave early in the morning. Some dishes were a bit bland, and we had to use condiments to add flavor. Extra Charges: We traveled with our 16-year-old, and we were charged nearly ₱1,500 per night just for his bedding and breakfast. That alone cost us about ₱3,000 for two nights — which felt a bit steep. Overall: Despite the minor inconveniences, we had a good time. The hotel’s generosity, honesty, and courteous service left a good impression on us. There’s room for improvement, especially in terms of in-room amenities and food variety, but overall, it's a decent place for a family stay.
