“A accommodation that is far from the city center but has beautiful natural scenery.”
About a 30-minute distance from the city center. There is a 5% additional charge for card payments for accommodation. The staff is a mix of Chinese and Vietnamese, but only a few can communicate in English. You can order food 24 hours from the restaurant, but all the food is Chinese and only cash payments are accepted. The nearest restaurant is in Fishing Town (15 minutes away), and when I said I was going for lunch, the staff recommended going to downtown Dong Hoi. It is difficult to catch a taxi. If you talk to the reception, they will call a taxi for you, but since I visited during a Vietnamese holiday, there was a 30% surcharge (VND 429,000). Later, it cost VND 350,000 to take a taxi back from Dong Hoi King Kong Mart. There aren’t many options for breakfast, and particularly the variety of vegetables is disappointing. The room is beautiful, but the sound insulation is poor. There are water bungalow styles in the resort. Being on the east side, you can see the sunrise from the sea. The pool was good to use, but the water quality was not well managed. I brought a filter and installed it on the bathroom shower, but a lot of sand came out. The staff's attitude is family-friendly and kind. If you use this resort, I recommend preparing well in the city before your visit.
