The hotel has excellent and friendly staff service. Guests appreciate their attentiveness and willingness to assist. The good breakfast offers a variety of options and is enjoyed by guests. The location is highly convenient, near Vinwonders, Grandworld, and Safari. Many guests love their wonderful stay here and appreciate the attentive service.
Three restaurants on site but limited food options. Meal packages not recommended due to repetitive dishes. Villas would benefit from renovation including fixing flooring, paint, and water damage.

Pros: The resort has fantastic facilities. Swimming pool was sooooo beautiful! At the Yhi Spa, Ahn was so spot on with the oil massage and Phumg gave clear instructions and did a great job with the body scrub and facial. Tuk tuk drivers were very friendly and helpful. Free shuttle to the Grand World, safari, etc. was an excellent service for sightseeing nearby. Cons: Headboard had stains so could be cleaner. Breakfast and the Italian Restaurant could improve on the food quality.

We had a great time at Melia Vinpearl Phu quoc. The staffs were friendly and attentive. The tuk tuk and bus service was a nice added bonus, breakfast buffet had a variety of options. The only thing I'm not happy with is the cleanliness of the place, for a 5 star resort you would expect this to be immaculate. The towels were dirty with stains the first night we came, food crumbs from previous guess found on the dining chairs. These were easily replaced/cleaned the next day. The place is a bit worn out, mold found in bathroom corners and pool, broken cupboards. Overall still really good value for money and we would stay again.

This place is the real hidden jewel! Its like a rare PEARL! You cant always find a place like this anywhere in the world. 1. THE PROPERTY is very luxurious. You will feel like youre King and Queen. 2. THE SERVICE is superb. Example : when you order buggy/shuttle/tuktuk, they will arrive at your villa almost immediately. 3. THE BUFFET (B,L,D) menu was super extensive! The PHO was so good! We always had it whenever we have breakfast/lunch/dinner. 4. PRICE/RATE : compared to other places, with the luxury that you get, this place is unbeliavably affordable! 5. TRANSPORT : hassle free, they are always on time. The shuttle, the airport transfer, the buggy...OMG they literally pampered us with the transport provided. 6. Staff very friendly. And their hotel provide free shuttle to vinwonder,safari and grand world as well. Convenient. But need some improvements on cleaning. The first day we check in there were a lot of biscuits left on the dining chair. Ground was a bit sticky and dirty.

“The best resort for families or groups of four or more.”
To begin with, this resort is more sensitive to regulations than any other resort within Vietnam. Therefore, I would like to inform you that if there is even a single letter difference in your passport or the name of the reservation holder, or if there is even a slight typo in the name on the payer's credit card, you may be denied check-in. (Other resorts or hotels that are much more expensive than this one are not as strict... this place is particularly so...) Most resorts or hotels have a system where you attach a post-payment to your room number and make a lump sum payment at checkout, but here you have to pay each time you make a payment. Additionally, they do not accept cash and only accept credit cards, so please keep that in mind. The service from the staff was, of course, friendly and good, and the internal area of the resort is immensely large, with all the houses looking identical, making it almost impossible to navigate without a tuk-tuk. However, calling a tuk-tuk (buggy) can get you anywhere within 3 minutes, and the tuk-tuks always arrive within 10 minutes. The pond that crosses the middle of the resort is truly beautiful, and the lotus flowers blooming there create a mystical atmosphere, which I appreciated. After a 2-3 minute tuk-tuk ride, the Ibiza beach & pool had a superior view and size compared to any resorts I have visited. The location is also great, with Grand World, Vinpearl Wonders, and Vinpearl Safari nearby, making it an excellent spot for daily sightseeing. It's a really good position for planning your route. They also provide a free shuttle bus, so there is no need to worry about transportation or spending money on it. In fact, they even operate an airport bus after checkout, making it easy to get home. However, if I were to mention the price, honestly, it is somewhat expensive. It's not that the accommodation is pricey, but the food prices, room service costs, and massage prices within Vinpearl are quite high, similar to or slightly cheaper than the prices in Seoul, Korea.
