"We stayed 5 nights. Thanks to May, the host, for a warm welcome. If you have never been to Koh Lanta, it's an island where a scooter is a must. May has connections that will give you the best price: elephant trekking, scooter rentals, etc. May takes very good care of you and the housekeepers do an amazing job cleaning the room. The bathroom has a tub. The pool outside is awesome not like other hotels where the pool is not that deep. It was a rainy during our stay but we didn't let that hinder our vacation. After scootering the whole island this is the best location. It's close to the pier and street food. Lots of restaurants around as well. Down the hill is a 7-11 which is very convenient. May coordinated pickup from the airport to the hotel. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION. The only downside is a few ants in the room, but it's Thailand. "

"The front desk staff was extemely helpful and friendly,she helped me a lot when I decied to changel my schedule. The resort upgrated my room from garden view villa to beach front villa for free.The room was spacious and had a kitchen. The resort was great but I didn't stay the right time.It was the low season in Koh Lanta,many shops were closed and the sea had strong waves.I believe the resort will more beatiful in high season."

"good value for money. Staff always helps you with every matter. If you want to rent a scooter, they organize it for you (250 Bath). The beach is only 100m away. Although the accomodation is located near the road, it is quiet."

"This was our 2nd stay at Puteri and we were not disappointed. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the rooms are fantastic. The only low point was the view from the room compared to our previous stay. Our previous stay we had a sea view balcony, but this time we were facing the mountains and under the cover of some trees. The owner has invested quite heavily in developing the resort since our stay in March 2016; they now have a swimming pool that overlooks the town (great for sunsets), and the new villas look very well designed and built. The resort itself is far enough away from all the beach bars etc that you do not hear the noise, but close enough to take the short walk to the beach and local shops etc. The rooms are on higher ground, so be prepared for a bit of uphill walking. I highly recommend Puteri, it's a great little hideaway in one of (if not the) best bays on Koh Lanta. Very handy for the must do places such as Pad Thai Rock 'n' Roll, Scubafish, Drunken Sailor, and the Bad Penny."

"The best part of our stay here was by far the amazing customer service. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable during our stay. The resort was beautiful though not right on the beach which could be a pro or con depending on what you're looking for. It's quieter being further away but you dont get to wake up looking out over the ocean. Either way its a short walk, under five minutes so not a big deal. While you do pay a premium for the expertise of the staff it is still far from the most expensive place on Koh Lanta and we think it was well worth the money. In all it was our favorite place we stayed during the entire month we spent traveling through Thailand."

"Spent six days at the Baan KanTiang villas and would definitely recommend the place. The villas are large and spacious and the self catering facilities were perfect. We stayed at the blue villa, which has a view of the Andaman Sea, the swimming pool and the whole of Kantiang Bay. Kitty at reception was also extremely helpful with any information we needed about local food markets and things to see and do in Koh Lanta."

"This is perfect for families. Our beachfront apartment walked right out to the pool. We loved the covered patio for breakfast in the morning, and it’s incredibly close to restaurants for lunch and dinner, as well as just across the street from a convenience store to stock up on snacks and drinks. You can have a beachfront massage just outside your door. We will definitely stay here again when in Koh Lanta. "

"When we arrived, there had been a mix up in our reservation, so we were moved to Lanta Klong Nin Beach Resort. Khun Baht, Jongrak Kuachat, picked us up in his minivan, apologized for the mix up, took us to Lanta Klong Nin Beach Resort, then treated us to lunch. Khun Pa at the restaurant next door is amazing! The food was always delicious and very fast, even when it was crowded. The beach is literally across the street from a nice section of beach on Klong Nin. Since there is a 3 minute walk to the hotel, there is no sand in the room. Khun Baht helped our family with transportation around the island, to the airport, and when there was something wrong with the AC he and his staff came and fixed it at 10:30 at night! Very kind and helpful staff. This is apparently the same family that runs Phuchawee, which is why we were moved to Klong Nin Beach Resort. Our family was traveling with my 75 year old father and he was glad we ended up getting moved because Phuchawee is in the hills of Ao Kantiang and has lots of steps to climb. I recommend Lanta Klong Nin Beach Resort."
