Family hotels & resorts in Hangzhou

"the structure of the hotel is fascinating, with sphere-like structure making it easily recognisable, the vastness of the hollow space inside the hotel is incredible, it would be expensive to cool the area, the interior uses luxurious material making it very beautiful, although all rooms are situated at the outer part of the sphere, we do not feel the room is not actually square. The room is huge, probably over 60m2, there is separate toilet, bathroom with shower and big bathtub, make up area, wardrobe room and washing sink, they are all very well maintained and clean, there is a nice big sofa to lie around to watch TV. The staff are very nice and helpful, expecially the concierge, one of them even chased the leaving taxi for us as we all know taxi is very hard to find in Hangzhou. The are of the hotel is in the centre of development, it will be a very busy commercial area in the future. Love this hotel and would like to stay there again"

"The hotel is well decorated. Location is good with a big shopping mall (and CGV) right behind the hotel. But if you want to travel to west lake, lingyin, longjing village, you should consider to stay in west lake (xihu) dist. Staff can speak limited English but they promptly responsed to my request at any time. Overall, I have good time when stay here. I should have spent more time in the hotel and gone around the area... I will stay here again if I come to Hangzhou."
