“Overall recommeded”
I am travelling with 3 pax including elderly. Thanks to Hotel for giving a free upgrade to Harbour view suite! My elderly couldn't walk much and we stayed in our hotel all evenings and have a great view of the harbour view! Such a pity that we cant really see the light show from the room (not the full view) but the harbour view was great and accompanied us all evenings! Location of hotel is good but there is still some walk to the everywhere (Suitable for all but elderly indicate it was still quite a walk- even the walk from room to lift is quite long but not to complain as we gotten free upgrade to harbour view and hence longer walk). The famous bakehouse, 7-11 and eatery are just a stone away! It is also very near Jenny Cookies, Chong Ching Mansion, very walkable for most people). I love the water machine in our room (preset temperature) and free water at level 7. It save us alot of trouble and monies. However, I have some complaint as well, the Main bed and pillow can be improved. Bed is slightly too hard and pillow is too Small and Soft. Perhaps we can have 1 firm and 1 soft pillow for each, esp. considering the price range of hotel. The soft bed was also quite poor, very flimsy (imagine a thin mattress). Cleanliness could also be improved (we saw rubbish like tablets below the soft bed). Overall recommended!
