* The location on the main road in Tsim Sha Tsui is good. * The MTR Tsim Sha Tsui station is nearby. * There is a bus that goes directly from the airport right in front (takes about an hour and 10 minutes). * It is connected to a shopping mall (there's a Starbucks and restaurants). * There’s a Don Quijote (the Japanese one) in the basement (connected to the hotel elevator), which mainly sells Japanese products. It’s convenient to buy drinks, snacks, and ramen, and especially a lot of bento options, so I bought some several times and enjoyed eating them in my room. * The indoor swimming pool was clean and nice. * It’s a bit inconvenient for transportation around the harbor area. I recommend taking the bus. * The room is relatively spacious. There was only one office chair in the room, so I used a foldable chair I brought from the amusement park. * I heard the breakfast is okay, but I didn’t request it. Early in the morning, I bought congee from a nearby Master Congee or took wraps from McDonald's and Cha Chan Tang. * The room service was a bit disappointing. The soap was so thin that it softened quickly, so I left a generous tip when going out and requested more soap, but it wasn't reflected.
First time going to HK and I expected, like everyone else, that HK will be full of rude people. Sure there are a few on the street but when you step in the hotel, it feels world class. Awesome staff, great food, almost perfect room (caught 1 fat mosquito in my room), great bar/lounge area, and solid swimming pool, spa, and gym. Location is the best. Will definitely stay here again on my next visit.

Comfortable bed but pillow was too thin. Nice location with plenty of food and shopping options. Donki was just next door or thru the basement from the hotel's elevator. But, the room's wall is too thin. I could hear my neighbor's TV, them talking, neighbor left right and front loud noises. And the cherry on top was the fight on the room beside me at 1-2am, extremely loud for an hour or more.

The location is very good. Short 5mins walk to the train station. There's also fast food KFC and supermarket Don Don Donki just beside the hotel. Hotel room is spacious and clean. The bathtub is huge which is a plus point. The slippers and bathrobe is thick and comfortable, unlike most hotels that provides the thin material. There's also a bar in the hotel which is cool to hangout in. We stayed 3 nights there and will definitely consider staying again when back in Hong Kong. Highly recommend!
