I recently had the pleasure of staying at Linden Suite and I must say, it was an absolutely awesome experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked into the lobby, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, making me feel welcome right away. The room was spacious, and good ambiance..The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep every night. The view from my room was breathtaking, offering a perfect view of Ortigas City. Housekeeping was attentive, keeping the room spotless and clean. The hotel’s facilities were top-notch as well. I thoroughly enjoyed the pool area, which was a great place to relax and unwind. The fitness center was well-equipped, making it easy to keep up with my workout routine. Staying for an event function”
Upon arriving, we've manage to get an early booking which was very convenient. Because there was an event show that day and we need to set up our luggages before the start of the show. Room was clean and untensils for the one bedroom deluxe kitchen are complete! So no need to worry much about the utensils and cookware needed Adden, microwave, coffee maker, and a very strong refrigerator which is a plus. Room was simple,but cozy but sadly, the window was not facing any scenic view. And not fond with the bed pillow which is too thin. Asdie those, it was a good room compaired to some other hotel we've stayed in in past years. It rates higher. Best part of the hotel was the indoor pool and Jacuzzi. We spend there and relaxed the whole evening and in the morning before we've check out. We had the area all fir ourselves which was very quite and reaxing as mentioned. The lifeguard was very friendly, he is the wavy haired guy with i think a mustache. So, it was the best part of our stay. Hope to see it upgraded more for our next visit. Breafast buffet was good but need more variarities in the menu list especially as a breakfast buffet. We've already tried all the days menu since its like only 4 main dishes and the standard breakfast of Pancakes, cereals and bread. It get repetitive when you do go for 2nds since you already tried all of it already in one sittng. It makes you think you just avail the set beakfast instread since you get those in one seating too the plus to the restaurant, was the attentive and kind staff working there. Over all , the Linden Suites is a great quick staycation place in the area! Just need focusing on the key point to help it shine even more. Hope we can take our next staycation there in the future.
Location great but cleaning needs improvement ”
The location was excellent with Megamall just around the corner and other eateries, and grocery store a few steps away. I cannot fault the location for convenience. The facilities were of a good standard, the gym was decent but on the small side. It only has one treadmill. I did not get to use the pool or sauna so cannot comment. The restaurant on the 2nd floor was very, very good. The food was delicious and we dined there several times during our stay. The cost was reasonable to the area. We stayed in a 2 bed suite and it was spacious and comfortable. The decor is a bit dated but nevertheless comfortable. The kitchen has a cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and two pots and coffee maker. They provided three plates and spoon and forks but for some reason only 2 coffee mugs! I requested another coffee mug but never did receive it… There is also only 2 dining chairs and there is an odd condition of stay that you cannot move furniture around so technically you cannot move the chair from the desk. We obviously had to but returned it after we checked out otherwise you lose your deposit. I thought that was a ridiculous condition. The suite made our two weeks stay very comfortable. I recommend this set up if you are a family, over a simple hotel room as it offers privacy and family time when needed. The bed was comfortable and the shower super strong. My only real gripe was that the towels were never changed and I don’t believe the toilet was properly cleaned either. The bed sheets were only changed once in two weeks. However the cleaners do come every other day and take out trash and replenish toilet paper. After a week I put my towels on the floor to indicate a towel change was needed but it still wasn’t changed! I just didn’t have the strength to complain as we were busy dealing with our matters. The staff were always friendly even though I didn’t get that extra coffee mug! I would go back there simply because of the convenience and the space. But next time I will be more particular about the cleaning. Also, beware that for a 2 bed suite you will need to pay a damage deposit of P6,000 which I think is ridiculously excessive. I’ve never had that before in any of my hotel stays. And beware about their very strict conditions of stay as well.

This is the 3rd time I've visited the hotel with my partner and I believe it's about time I give it a well thought of review. For it's price, it's really worth it! Location-Wise ✅ 5 to 10 min walk from malls: Shangri La EDSA, SM Megamall, the Podium and maybe a 15 to 20 min walk to Robinsons Galleria ✅ There are a lot of convenience stores nearby (Lawson just outside of the building, a bunch of 711 almost every street nearby, Ministop/Uncle Johns closeby) ✅ A lot of restaurants nearby too Staff ✅ Very professional, a bit strict for some but they're only doing their job (and they speak gently). Otherwise, they're very friendly! I watched the security guard multitask over accepting guests entering and watching over toddlers running around the lobby with caution but he seemed to have a protective instinct over the toddlers. Very cute! ✅ Staff are super approachable and those at the receptionist are very patient in having to repeat some instructions when asked. Rooms ✅ Although I've only been to two room types, I can guarantee that their rooms are SO spacious. It could probably fit more than the number of people allowed to overnight in one room with how big the rooms are (say that only 2 are allowed as stated, but you can probably have 2 more people over with how big the rooms are). ✅ Very cozy! The furniture seems like an old design but they are well maintained. I love how they all seem to have bathtubs! ✅ The kitchen is superb! It's always something I look for when booking a hotel: they have dishwashing liquid and sponge for you to clean up yourself if you don't like being disturbed by house cleaning. There are utensils and kitchen equipment ready majority of the time, if not you can request for them without charge. - I think I only had a few issues that were passable: 1) our first coffee maker seemed to be uncleaned, but it was easy enough to clean it ourselves. 2) once, the bathtub's drain cover was malfunctioning but still usable I think the hotel is hands dow
Great for familes and group of friends”
We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights and it was great. The living room is spacious and the room temp was cool - perfect for summer. There’s kitchen and utensils provided, we’re able to bring food instead of ordering. Probably the only disappointment was when they asked to an express check-in after booking online but I still had to wait and queue long to check in. There wasn’t any benefit to the “Express check-in”. There’s a Self check-in machine at the lobby but I can’t look up my booking nor reference number. I feel it was a waste of time filling out the forms and capturing personal data for nothing. I hope they can keep up with times and improve their check-in procedures for efficiencies, especially during peak hours. Also, we checked in as it is my birthday. They have a limit of 1 bottle of Alcoholic drink per booking. And charges 500 php as corkage for addtl ones. Hope they can revisit this policy and approach it on a case by case basis. Other than these, the stay was pleasant and we were comfortable.
