I stayed for 4 nights and 5 days. The reservation and check-in process were very smooth. It takes about a 5-minute walk from Exit 11 of the Beautiful Isle Station. The road in front is the Liuhe Night Market. I thought it was the perfect location as a base for sightseeing in Kaohsiung. There were staff members who could speak Japanese, and everyone was kind. The hotel also has a water purifier, and mineral water was provided daily, so we never had trouble with drinking water. In the bathroom, there is only one liquid pump that combines shampoo and body soap, so you need to prepare your own amenities like a toothbrush and brush. It seems to be part of their environmental initiatives. For those who are careful about hair care, it's better to bring your own shampoo and conditioner. The room will be cleaned daily if requested. Also, you can use the washing machine on the first floor for 10 NT dollars, with 4 coins. Since I wanted to reduce my luggage, I only brought changes of clothes for two days and used the washing machine. The air conditioner in the room also has a dehumidifying function, so I dried my laundry in the room. There is a terrace on the 5th floor that resembles a courtyard, where smoking is allowed.
