Located in a safe neighborhood of Newport City, Pasay, just across Airport Terminal 3, Studio Condo with view of the airport is a newly built studio unit with views of the airport. The property is within a walking distance to lots of eating places and very close to the commercial and business districts of Makati, Bonifacio Global City and Mall of Asia.

The unit can comfortably accommodate 2 persons, 3rd guest can be accommodated with an additional fee.

The unit is located very close to Manila Airport Terminals so the room would be ideal for someone with an early flight to catch.

The studio unit (31 square meters) is warm and cozy, comfortable and secured. It is overlooking airport Terminal 3, the condo building is on the main road and the closest condo to Terminal 3. Fully furnished with queen size bed, sofa bed, air-conditioning, kitchen, cable/smart TV and internet (using a Fiber internet connection, the fastest and reliable connection available in the area). You can't go wrong with this location - shopping, dining, casino or just looking for a nice place to relax.
