I booked through Agoda.com this Stone House hotel ,, But Upon cheking -In— The Internet was Unable @5th Floor til now. I keep updating status @ the Reception but the Reception infomred The one Responsibility is the CONVERGYS FIBER COmPAny… until now Internet still down…….!!! Nd beside why the internet connections nid to be outside of the room—-Its should be Private nd put inside the room not outside….! because if shared internet by the whole flat— I do not expect I can still USE it properly….! beside the one paying the Internet is the Costumer itself…! The management must know this FACT that internet should be in the room to ensure Privacy..!! Another thing the TV set we dunno if its functioning or nO… And also the electric outlet isnt Friendly— they are not adhere to 3 way which all gadgets should be…!! & the hot nd cold shower should be Automatic not the OLD school that u have to adjust by urself..!! They haved to UPGrAde the facility because the Price of their rooms are competitive to other Hotels but to other hotels— the facilities are all HiGh TeChnology .. Even the doorlock still the old doorknob thats not so safe to Costumer..! its should be Swipe card to ensure Security of the Costumer….! Not providing water heater to the room….! only public heater outside of the room even the hair blower is put outside not in every bathroom… This FacILITY needs ToTAL uPGRADE to ensure COstUMER Satisfactorily…. another thing their linen nd Bed cover are not well cLEAN TheIR BaTHTOWeL also are all Offwhite instead of White nd clEan color….!!
