“Budget-friendly condo room with nice view”
Had a great stay at SoleMare Parksuites Tower B. The location of our room has a nice pool view and in a higher level. Everything is neat and clean. The toilet flush works well. They offer free shampoo and hair and body products, you can find two dispensers attached to the shower wall. They also have a hair blower you can use near the sink with mirror. They also have a dry rack wherein you can hang your towels or clothes and below that you'd find indoor slippers. There's also a washing machine for laundry. Small table with two chairs and a kitchen area with sink and cooking items. You can use microwave oven, electric water heater, induction cooker, and fridge. If you open the cabinets, there you'd find pans, plates, bowls, utensils, glasses, cooking knife and scissors. They also offer free liquid soap in a dispenser attached to the wall at the kitchen counter. They also have cleaning items like a hand towel for cleaning, broom, dustpan, and multiple trash bins. They have a nice sofa with a lamp beside it and a wide mirror with golf accents on the wall for decoration. The size of the sofa could probably seat 3 people maximum since they included three individual sofa pillows but 2 would be ideal if you value personal space. Additionally, they have a television on the other side of the wall and it's connected to the internet so you can stream on YouTube. You'd find the remotes on the small table below the TV and an electric fan beside it. They also have a nice wall clock above it. Our room at our assigned unit at Tower B is spacious and can have two people sleeping on the bed. They offer two pillows each so the total bed pillows were four. The blanket is on the thick side so if you're easily cold then you'd be happy to spend the night there. Also the blanket and the bed were relatively soft and it just felt like you're being hugged by a marshmallow. The aircon is located inside the bedroom but you can just open the bedroom door so that the air can travel in the general living area. I also find their bedroom cabinets amazing since they have big mirrors in the front, hopefully they could upgrade it to a whole body mirror so guests could check out their whole outfits before going out. Inside the cabinet, there were three separate levels and you can hang your clothes with their provided hangers. Essentially they have good space for storage. I don't know if they have flat iron for disheveled clothes since I didn't see one but maybe they do. Hopefully they add one for guests who travel and couldn't bring one to use. Beside the bed you'd also find a small bed table with lamp and a trash bin near the door leading to the balcony. My favorite part is the balcony view. Also like the lobby at Tower B, so instagrammable but could not take pics when we passed because I got shy. The whole premises even outside the building is heavily guarded and felt so secure during our stay at SoleMare Parksuites. Shops and restaurants were strategically located within walking distance like 7/11 among others. Very accessible pick-up point too for Grab or InDrive or any transpo of your choice. Staff was very accommodating and replies fast. Would love to be back someday. Highly suggested for staycations or even short stays.
