“DISAPPOINTING”
Caretaker of the condo gave us wrong information on the location. It is misleading because they advertise it as "near in SM MOA" but it's not. Wifi don't work. If your budget is Php2,500 to Php3,000 per night, better stay in a good hotel rather than this condo unit.

“Nice place, easy access to all grab riders.”
I felt at home 🏡 when I entered the room, even it is small all of the facilities are there and easy to use, I cook, watch tv 📺, surf the internet, sleep, take a shower 🚿 with heater used their dryer and enjoyed my short period of time. Just a bit of cleaning, re dusting and changing of the bedsheet on the upper part of the bed needs to be done here, felt comfy sleeping on the sliding bed 🛏 or the extra bed down there because the bed sheet new and clean. The balcony has the right spot in viewing and having a cup of coffee ☕️ just infront of the star city rides and ccp complex and other establishments, street view cars and swimming pool view. Staff assisted my guest well and nice, facilities almost everything is there, just need to have some furniture on the empty shelves there only dust I see and also a wall clock needs to be there to check time. Overall, I am satisfied with my stay and I’d love to come back on this same unit..
