Pangasinan Province hotels & places to stay

I was surprised to see a wonderful resport in Pangasinan. The place looks very classy and very relaxing as well. The crews are friendly since we asked to directions of the tourists spots and they were very helpful in explaining details instructions despite that they are offering tours. They were super nice to accommodate us at 11pm and let us check out since we're leaving at 7am the next day. It's also a plus point that water dispenser are available right outside our room. The food are a bit pricey but I think worth the money since seafood is fresh. I also love that their site offers a very informative directions/instruction including street pictures too! Though room rates are pricey, don't forget to book through Agoda to get cheaper room rates! It's a gem in Bolinao! I would love to go back here even if it's 5hours (straight-drive) away from Manila. It's worth it.

All staff were all helpful. Since I know that Dagupan is a good place to buy milkfish (bangus), from the ladies at the reception to the security guards, staff guided me how to get to the market. The place is good 10- or 15-minute walk from the hotel. 7-Eleven is just around the corner. Bus terminals are also near. Banks are available in case you need extra cash. Overall, I am more than satisfied with my stay...even if it is for overnight only. Not your typical hotel in the province.

Pros: Stayed for 3 days and 2 nights with a 2 year old girl. I love the ambiance of the whole resort. I love the idea of the rainforest in the busy city of Pangasinan. The staff were nice and very approachable. Cons: Since the resort is a rainforest, fallen leaves from the beautiful big trees were scattered in the swimming pool. The driveway that can be the access to the pool were not well lit. But other than that everything is great and we enjoyed our stay.

The hundred islands in pangasinan has always been known to be an untouched part of nature. Where fauna and flora are not to be disturbed. Swimming in its waters is akin to be swimming in a virgin beach. Where sun, sand and sea collide in a beautiful cacophany of sights and sounds of nature. Island tropic is the next best stepping point before a stay in the islands or to freshen up after a night after a hectic day tour. They have good prices for supplies and food as well. The showers are already in need of major repairs though.

This is a hidden gem in Pangasinan. The view of the sea is wonderful. There are also a lot of trees in the area. It was relaxing being one with nature and the sounds of different birds during twilight was very peaceful. The room we got was massive. The decoration was rustic and they had a lot of antiques. There was also a pool with warm water and a jacuzzi. They also have a movie theater, a game area, and sports area. They also offer other activities such as biking and boating. The food is also tasty. The only downside is that it's really far. There's about a 500m rough road to the resort. The other downside is that it requires to trek down to go to the beach area and the beach is not suitable to swin in.

We make use of this weekend to explore Lingayen and attend the baby dedication. It was a blessing in disguise that the venue for the dedication is fully booked so we opted to stay in El Puerto Marina Beach Resort. We arrived early and we had time to roam around. There were several construction going on but it wasn’t an eye sore. The staffs were very accommodating to our needs and the guard gave us helpful tips on our way around the Capitol. The room Is quite small but we didn’t mind for we will only use it to rest and keep our belongings but we hope there was a personal fridge and water heater which is a basic appliance in most hotel rooms. We had lunch at their restaurant and I must say that the serving was generous so as the breakfast the next day. The room rate also comes with an entrance ticket to Aquatica Manila but the resort also comes with their in-house pool and beaxh front. It was an enjoyable weekend for us.

One of the two best hotels to stay in Lingayen if you are on a business trip. Near to the market, fast food restos, jeep and bus terminals malls, and government agencies. Clean and big room (I stayed in a Deluxe Room ). Has working hot and cold shower. Has good wifi signal. Has cable channela. Safe place. Easy to find, located in the main road. Accepts credit cards. The only downside is that the shower water is not that clean. The whole of Lingayen, I think, has problem on clean and clear water. The water looks and smells rusty.

The location is accessible, it's like 10 to 15 min from town proper via tricycle. We were guided by their reception plus the welcome drinks was really refreshing. The place was cozy the vibe was chill, you can smell the beach and the food on their kitchen the moment you get in. I think there were a couple of guest when we arrived, it was okay because i aint a fan of crowd and noise. Sir Michael (the owner) was really warm to us, he's really cool and approachable and also his crew of local people. I booked a queen cabana, they gave us what i think of is a villa named billie holiday, see how cool was that? I can't complain. It was just a few steps to the beach. The beach is not for swimming if your looking for one because of the sea grass, you can just walk to the shore tho or use their balsa btw it's free. The food is a bit pricey but i get it, it's not about the luxury you will be paying but in a way to support their local crew not to move out and go to the bigger cities to work. The food is tasty and locally sourced, i mean you will get what you paid for somehow and with a bit of advocacy, that won't hurt. I will give this a 10/10 and will surely comeback for another round of sets of free breakfast, one of my best morning meals so far, that was one for the books. Thank you guys, see you soon!

I stayed in this hotel for 1 week; I must say I made the best choice. Their location is very near the major bus stations and even getting a ride around the city is easy. A 24 hr convenient store is just opposite the hotel. The staffs were great and very attentive to your needs. And if you don’t feel like going out then you can relax and unwind in their Tapas Bar, prices are reasonable too. I won’t mind staying in this hotel again and will even recommend it to my friends!

The resort was chosen from their website. There were four of us and we had a great room together. We enjoyed the resort. There were only a few of us during our stay. They also provide a room for the drivers at an affordable rate, which all worked out for us. They had friendly, accommodating staff. Our only problem with the place was that their masseuse were all being rotated so you can't request for the same one everyday. Food was good so we did not have to eat outside of the resort. Overall, a very fun and enjoyable mini-vacation for the Valentine's day. They also had a live band for two nights, which was fun to listen to. The owners were very caring and went around to the guests to ask each one of us how we were enjoying our stay everyday. I would recommend Punta Riviera to any of my family and friends who wants to visit Bolinao, Pangasinan.

Was looking for a beach resort near Victoria, Tarlac (We were coming from manila but have to pick up my wife's brothers there). saw this one online, booked it right away. Was warned about San Fabian not being so clean and so on, but to their surprise the place was really nice, we got the Capiz house. It was worth the trip. If you are looking for a beach resort near Manila (I think it would take around 3.5 hrs from QC) this can be on top of your list.

Everything at the hotel is great. Breakfast was good, all the staff were very nice. We have a lovely stay. If we come back to this area, we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. On the bad side - airconditioning is a window unit instead of split unit, so it is more noisy (but normal for a window unit). The water pressure is also on the low side. And WiFi in the room has bad connection (connection is good in lobby). In my opinion, for the price we're paying, these could be improved upon.

I was just disappointed when we arrived without any staff at the reception area. We still need to wait... the locks of the our room can't be lock and we can't leave our things unattended since the windows can be easily opened and entered by just jumping into it. the staff is not that courteous, i was even the one who greeted them good morning... and i got no response...she just looked at me and went back to texting... tsk... tsk...
