Where to stay in Ilocos Norte Province
Ilocos Norte Province hotels & accommodations
My family stayed here during our stay in Ilocos Norte. The staffs were great and very friendly. The rooms are a little bit old but clean. The breakfast buffet is okay. There are lots of activities with reasonable prices while in the resort - golfing, ATV, archery, mini Zoo, swimming in the pool or at the beach, my family enjoyed a lot. Check in is great but it took me ...
This is one of my best bookings so far, I am originally from the Philippines and took my fiancee to see the country for the first time and she loved every minute of our stay there. Mon the owner was great and accommodating together with the staff and the resort dogs that lives there! We stayed for two days and got to enjoy Ilocos Norte food from the resort, enjoy the b...
I was in awe, really amazed of this hotel. Never did I expect this kind of room to stay in when I travel to Ilocos plus the staff were really nice and very accomodating!
This was our first time in Ilocos Norte. We spent three nights at the resort. The accommodation and the service were all outstanding, The food was great and all staff was very friendly. Chad, the person in charge was very helpful and he helped us to organize our outings around the region and gave us very useful tips and advice. We can only recommend Casa C...
We booked 1 family room good for 8 pax. we celebrated my bf's birthday in Ilocos Norte for the long weekend with fam. Part of the family are fur babies. We have 2 shih tzus and beagle. The hotel is just 5 to 10 minutes away from the center of Laoag City; the facility itself is right across a big commercial mall within a quite big developing complex where a traveler could find food restaurants and bar junctions for the night. Room is cozy designed best for the young, busy travelers. Cost is not so pricey, just enough for a city rate in San Nicolas-La...
Great location on the beach. We spent most days exploring other areas in Ilocos Norte and came back for a late arvo swim at the beach. Food choices are limited and there are more options at other resorts along the beach. Our days were full of activities elsewhere and by the time we got back each day we just wanted to rest up and crash so accommodations were adequate fo...
Pros: Pets are allowed, billiards, ping pong table and pool Cons: Location is in a quiet area 40mins away from Ilocos Norte Tourist Destinations

This hotel exceeded our expectations. This is the first time we went to ilocos norte and the road to this hotel is quite remote and dark. We were kind of expecting a bed and breakfast-ish type of place but surprisingly, it is nice. Not something you'd expect from the area. Staff are helpful and nice. Food is great too!
My husband and I stayed i Pannzian for 2 nights. We are planning to come back for 5 nights the next trip. The best food we had in Ilocos. They have their own garden. We met Bing. She told us the story of how the resort started, how they train the staff and how they plan new items in the menu. They have friendly dogs Labang, Mucho and Lance. Mucho guided us to ...
plaza del norte hotel is such a first class hotel in laoag. we were so amazed of its facilities and the hotel staffs were so welcoming. the hotel's location is very accessible to ilocos norte's tourist spots like malacanang of the north, laoag city, batac-marcos museum, paoay church, and paoay sandunes. however, the hotel should improve thier menu and food selection es...
Though great and modern hotels in saud beach are scarce, still you go there for the beach and location. so for a budget hotel this is already great. I do recommend that you just check in here if you just wanna spend time in the beach. after that if your gonna roam around ilocos you can check in somewhere else, since this is a bit far from many tourist spots in ilocos. ...
I have to check in with my photographer and make up artist and booked two rooms for our prenup shoot in Ilocos Norte. It has the perfect location at the center of the busy Laoag and walking distance to Robinsons place and many other establishments and restaurants. Accessible to all forms of transportation and most of all, very friendly staff
Despite the location, this is a good place if you want to relax after your Ilocos Norte trip. The owner forgot to inform us that there is no food available in the place, but the staff is accommodating to help us find a small store so we can buy food. The place has cooking utensil so better buy food before coming here so that you can cook if you want.
Booked a 1 night stay here to fill a gap in our little Ilocos tour. It has many good Agoda reviews so I wasnt concerned and I knew it wasnt on the beach so was aware of that..but it IS NOT a short walk away. As a group of 4 we were the only ones staying. I heard it had a pool supplied by mountain water which was great since no beach. However, they decided to empty the ...
Best place to stay in Paoay. Tranquil and quiet, good for relaxation. The room is big and clean. Lobby is very spacious. Food is great and the chef is a very nice guy. And the staffs are pleasant and accomodating. A little downside is the road leading to the place is still under construction and have ants crawling in the pillow. Otherwise, still a standout durin...
location is between the many tourist spot of ilocos norte, be it south to vigan or north to pagupod, room is is a little small, but its okay, since we are out the whole time, they have two large pools, and is not crowded , and i always see that they clean the pool every morning
To sum it all up: PROS 1. Very near Laoag City Center - by car, it only takes 2 minutes to the city center (without traffic) - since tricycles are passing by the highway, it's pretty easy to commute from the hotel as well - all you have to do is walk 5 meters from the hotel to the highway. 2. Minimalist-modern design rooms - the room assigned to us was pret...
we stayed for three nights at balay da blas and were quite satisfied with the service, location and room size. the hotel is away from downtown and the traffic of laoag city center, but the walk to attractions is only 15 minutes. the hotel was efficient in arranging a couple of full day, private tours for us, and all charges were consolidated on one bill. there is free ...
This hotel was a very pleasant surprise indeed: a diamond in the rough for such a far out place as Ilocos. It is a short 8 minute walk to the new Robinson's Mall in San Nicolas, which is also where you can pick up a bus, Jeepney or trike for going anywhere you may want in Ilocos. It also has s very friendly staff willing to help with anything you might want or need. A...
We booked the two queen sized bed. It is really queen sized! The hotel is instagam worthy! The bathroom has big space. The breakfast foods are value for money. The staffs are nice. Near to the city just 5 mins from the capitol. Our room don't have mirror and shelves because it is newly build room since its peak season they decided to use it but they will upgrade the ...
Guests' reviews matters. We were on a 7day roadtrip. When I was about to book a room for our Laoag-Paoay stay, it was between 2properties.Veranda Suites and the other one which is in the downtown area of Paoay. Before booking, I read all the recent reviews. Quiet place, hotel-like amenities and linens, professional and friendly staff.. Indeed it is! With a amazing ...
Excellent location - located at the city proper, near public market, tricycle and jeeney terminal just outside the hotel, walking distance to Laoag Plaza, the Sinking Bell Tower, and Ilocos Norte Capitol. Value for money - do not expect amenities.
Went on a road trip with 2 girls friends, and initially we wanted to spend our first night in Ilocos in Laoag. However, we didn't find anything interesting (we wanted quaint, cozy and definitely not a convention-center sort of place). I'm glad we didn't limit ourselves to Laoag because Casa Dona Emilia met all our requirements! There's free parking in front, it's right...
went there for 4 days.great room with stunning views from balcony and front door.the service great.enjoyed a swimm in the pool and went on a great tour in the north laoag.love the place .thank you from mark parry and bhea donato.
it is just a few blocks away from robinson's which is a pretty location for travelers in ilocos norte. the room is simple, not big but not too small. the television has no remote control, though. but the hotel staff managed to provide us an alternative so we can use it properly. food was good and heavy.
Overall stay was good. The place is new and can still have improvements along the way in terms of facilities and services (probably a shuttle from the bus station?). Staff are exceptionally friendly and very accommodating, so thumbs up for that. They also offer affordable van rentals for tours to Vigan and Pagudpud, which was a relief for us because we had a DIY trip....
We got sidetracked in Vigan during our trip to Ilocos and had to inform the hotel several times that we will be arriving late. Even before this, I have been calling for various reasons such as for possible trip packages around town and confirming our reservation. I am very glad the staff was very polite and answered all my questions. Upon arrival, we expected a modest,...

The place is a newly-opened establishment just this January 2018 so most of the amenities are barely used. The staff is very accommodating. The room is so spacious. It's very ideal for a family or big groups. The place is located in a quiet neighborhood and I really enjoyed my stay here. Hope to bring my family next time!

The best bday i had in my life june 3, 2017. Ilocos tour with my loved ones. Location is the best and the value for money. We had a great 2 days stay at shorestop. Thank you so much till next time. God bless
Our visit to Laoag was made better by a stay at Casa de Renzo. We found a variety of good things there. Booking was easy with agoda and contact with the staff there was quick and easy using both facebook and telephone / text. We confirmed they still accept pets -- they do. The room was a satisfactory size and had a firm bed and good aircon. The location was excellent. ...

We reserved a room for 8 persons but they upgraded us to a room for 10 persons as it was unavailable that time. The room that was given to us was clean, very spacious, hence convenient when you are traveling with kids and my mom and aunt. My eldest son loved the room so much because it being very big. The staff were very accommodating and courteous. The breakfast tho...

I had enjoyed my two nights stay at Gertes Resort and Restaurant of beautiful Laoag City in Ilocos Norte. Our stay was alright since it's only overnight. They reserved a room on the second floor but since my husband had difficulty going up the stairs, they readily transfered us on the ground floor. Only negative thing I noticed was the bed was sandy (maybe because this was not really the room intended for us) and the shower head only had a few holes working. Otherwise, our...

The rate is affordable. It's really worth your money to stay here. This is best for those who have cars and touring the Ilocos Norte area. The rooms are clean and nice. There is a sink, small ref and kettle, which is like a tiny "kitchen area". The staff is really kind and welcoming.
One thing I admire most of Tiffany Hotel is the honesty that their staff had shown. I left my necklace in the room which I didn't even know that I was not able to wear it before we left for a city tour. I was surprised when their staff handed to me upon our arrival. Overall, our stay at Tiffany Hotel was memorable and we will definitely come back and stay here again ...

I booked 2 Family Rooms for 2 nights - April 23-24, 2019. (1) Location is good, few minutes away to the City center if you're driving; (2) The staffs are helpful and courteous; (3) The pool is inviting for an early morning and night dip; (4) Rooms are the problem. The rooms we received when we checked-in are not anywhere near the pictures here in Agoda. We received the...
Breakfast is poor. 1 piece of longganisa, egg and rice. I know its complimenrary, but seriously, 1 piece of 2 inch longganisa is not right.. Staff are not attentive. Front desk is the worst set ive encountered.

Okay for a short stay. Worth the money for booking a room. But the aircon is not cold enough, guess it’s on fan mode not considering the warm weather in Ilocos Norte. Hope they’ll improve the CR next time we visit, no mirror! Also, there weren’t enough ports, especially if you need to blow dry your hair or iron it and the port is very far from the mirror. So unhelpful...
When we arrived on May 19, 2018 at around 5pm, we were surprised that the staff dont know our advance reservation. They hold us for about 30 minutes at the lobby to verify our reservation. And they transfer us to another room that were not informing us in advance that the room we make on our reservation via online is not available. They allowed us to use the swimming ...
