We didn’t expect much from the stay considering that Chaiyaphum is not well known for leisure travel. But it turned out to be one of the best stays in any hotel. Nice and relax stay. Very close to Tung Krajeaw. The entrance to the resort is quite confuse, so better call to ask the staff. Shower water is not strong (during our stay, the hot water machine is not working well). Nice staff.
A low cost but very nice spacious room with ample amenities including free WiFi, a refrigerator, adequate toiletries and comfortable bed. The free breakfast was somewhat mediocre with limited selection, but overall the Dee Prom is an excellent choice for staying in Chaiyaphum, Thailand.

Stayed here a few times whilst up visiting the family. The hotel is a good clean hotel, if not a little dated. However the rooms are large with a balcony. There isnt a lift to the rooms so beware if you are on a higher floor. Breakfast is just coffee and rice soup, but it does the job for a couple of hours. Excellent country location but need car or bike to access restaurants, cafes and shops. Accomodation was clean but requires a lot of TLC to update facilities to modern standards. Owner very friendly. If the rooms were repaired and refurbished it would make the resort an excellent choice, increase the review scores and encourage more bookings. A pity this is not beeing ...
after many years in this area have found that there are no good hotels in Chaiyaphum city but this one is still worse than average. Decided to stay here in spite of bad reviews as wife had meeting next door pros's - room clean, wifi adequate, a/c ok. cons - bed hard, bedding old, hot water weak, tv old and no English channels, hotel staff have no English ability...
i dont sure what is its.But i think maybe this is a hotel ahhhh hotel. its not employee not house-keeping nothing life in this area.first time when i'm arrive I saw just gate-keeper, yes just a gate-keeper
Perfect place to be when you are in the area. Don't believe the Agoda map, the hotel is on the lake in the middle of town. Try to tell them if you don't speak Thai. But they will definitely smile at you. Very Thai. Try it out
It's in the middle of nowhere, but if you find yourself in this remote corner of the country, this is the place to stay. You do need your own transport and there's no food at the hotel.

It was difficult to find the hostel, as there are no signs in English, and would have been impossible without Maps on my phone. This hotel seemed to care more about the restaurant and event business. I have stayed here before and would only stay again if nothing else available. When I checked in they wanted me to pay 600baht, I had to insist that I paid already. This is a dump. Bed very hard. The customer is just something to tolerate.
The room is not clean, make my allergy getting flare
nice smiling staff.... but I suggest they improve internet access eventhough they prop up a bit the price.
