Peak season in December, I booked as early as September paid via debit. Checked in late early morning the staff were very courteous couple of minutes were at our room. Location a bit far from city busses and MTR. It could serve you as an exercise to walk 800m to MTR and around 400m to bus stops going to city. Cleanliness is ok daily cleaning done but not thoroughly cleaned. Could not recognize if the carpet floor is vacuumed. Tub drains very slow might be a little bit clogged. Staff are all ok, kind and answers to querries immediately. Facilities Lounge - available only for Long staying guest 50days above. Gym - wasn't able to visit. Self Laundry - expensive 40dollars per token you'll need 2tokens for washing and dryer. The automatic detergent dosing is not working derergent pail level not reducing as I observed since day 1 stayed for 10 days. Laundry being used every day but the detergent is at the same level. Swimming pool - not seen since we stayed during cold climate. Restaurant - not tried. Fair stay at this hotel. Room is spacious. Recommended for those who are not so picky. And would just stay for resting. Amenities won't be availed that much.

I really loved how spacious the room was, quite a rare find in Hong Kong, especially at this price point. The location is super convenient, with easy access to transportation, eateries, and nearby shops. Definitely a great base for exploring Kowloon. However, the building is showing its age. The interior feels dated, and there was a noticeable musty smell in the room that suggests the place could really use some refurbishment or a deep renovation. That said, for the price and space you get, it’s still good value for money. Just don’t expect modern fittings or a luxury feel.

We recently stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and had a mixed experience. Upon arrival, the reception staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. Ongoing construction outside the hotel distorted the walkway, making it difficult to locate the entrance using Google Maps. This caused us to get lost on our first day with our luggage. When we shared our concerns and suggested to provide clear instructions or signage to help guests navigate the construction area with the reception staff, they were indifferent. On the positive aspects, the room was spacious and clean. Room service was excellent, thanks to the friendly and attentive lady. Water dispenser is convenient and definitely saves money on bottle water. Tips for Future Guests, taking the bus is a better option than the MTR, with a convenient 3-5 minute walk to the bus interchange serving most areas of Hong Kong. Google Maps is reliable for navigation, and checking bus arrival times is easy. Will suggest the hotel to improve reception staff's customer service.

This hotel is very convenient , close to bus stop and shopping center. Room is nice and comfortable. They have water filter stations outside every floor which is good and environmental friendly. The only thing is mould in bathroom.. otherwise we are happy with the stay.

“Family Christmas Trip Made Special”
We arrived in Hongkong very early at around 1am on Christmas day and we tried to stay in the airport for a bit while waiting for check in. As we were not comfortable, sleepy and tired, we decided to just try to head to the hotel and ask for early check in. It was about 8am when we arrived and kindly asked the receptionist to check us in early. I was initially told that they can't but after handing out our passports and scanned it, she then told me that it's all good. We were even upgraded to Executive room! It was more spacious, has microwave and free teas/coffee. No bidet but the bathroom has bath tub. Amenities are just okay and the room was clean. They also do daily housekeeping. Staff were friendly. Bus stop is just a 1-3 minute walk and the MTR is about 5-8 mins. There is a 7/11 nearby and we discovered a lot of local food spots nearby on our last day. The hotel is just a few bus stops to Mongkok and West Kowloon Park where we went to Winterfest on the evening of Christmas. Kowloon MTR station is also a few bus stops where you can ride going to Disneyland and NgongPing Village. Overall, it was a good stay and location on our first few days as out itinerary were mainly, Winterfest, Disneyland and Ngongping Village. We then transferred to a different hotel in Wanchai. Would recommed this hotel for value of money and if your itinerary is the same as ours in the first few days.
