I have mixed feelings for this hotel. The rooftop was beautiful you have an overview to a big part of manila. At night the view is stunning and the bar keeper who works at night was very friendly. We had the weekend buffet and their food was delicious i have to say the cook they have is a talented one. The rooms were ok for the price you'll have a standard white room i have to say one thing tough, everything was kinda narrow. I had problems going to the toilet coz the bed was so close the door. The room wall mostly clean but we found out some parts that was dirty for example: coz of the lack of places to hang the towels, we hanged it in the Guardrail of the Bunk Bed but after using the towels again we realized that they were staind And even had to pay for it so its kinda a unfair 😕 That's one of the reasons why the whole experience in the hotel was turning to a flop in the end. What i have to say is that the receptionist was pretty professional about it she didn't show any kind negative emotion she was just still smiling even though i did a little bit of a commotion, they wanted 1000.- Peso for two items that wher unwatchable they said. but i have experience in the hall washing process and new that one of the two was easily washable so i refused to pay the hall price and i think after thinking about it that she panicked cause she just stood ther and said the same thing 3x she said it cost 500.- for unrecoverable stains she explained that there wher warning signs in the Room about it.. But we we clearly didn't see anything resembling to a warning about stains and how much they cost. But i would have paid if ther wher really something that was permanent so i stayed firm and was unwilling to pay the 1000.- Until i think the manager came or someone just higher than the normal receptionist and told her to call and check if it's washable and to no one surprise it was. So i had to pay 500.- And i was okey withe that coz my wife had her period and left a stain

This was our first time booking a hotel on Agoda, and it was a huge disappointment. The room we booked looked nothing like the photos online. The cleanliness was appalling, with cockroaches and lizard eggs visible on the walls. The windows didn't close properly, compromising our privacy. There were no basic amenities provided, such as a trash can or even soap. The entrance and lobby had a musty odor. The front desk was closed from midnight to 5 AM, leaving guests stranded outside if they returned late. While the staff was friendly and accommodating, the facility itself was unacceptable. It's not even worthy of a one-star rating. To get a refund for our prepaid booking, we had to coordinate with Agoda, which was a frustrating and time-consuming process. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. It's a complete waste of money and a terrible experience. NEVER AGAIN!

1st red flag, andaming tambay na lalaking naglalaro (ml ata) upon arriving sa lobby. 2nd red flag, hindi pa nila naprepare yung room. May pinabukas yung receptionist na room sa helper para linisan pero bumalik kasi may maleta pa daw sa loob. Hindi nila namomonitor ng maayos mga renter nila. Imagine if that's your room. Magaalala ka na agad sa privacy at security. The room is so tiny. NAPAKALAYO sa pictures. I don't like the smell. Amoy pinaghalong kulob and spray na pampatay ng ipis. The walls are painted white na may mga marks na hindi man lang napunasan. May bahang part sa lobby and the place is dark and looks creepy. I'm very disappointed. It's like I paid a thousand to a room na worth 200 lang dapat. May pupuntahan pa ako that's why binaba ko lang gamit ko sa room then lumabas na. I wasn't briefed na may curfew pala. I arrived past 12 am and the lobby/front door was locked. Walang katao tao. Supposedly sa mga ganitong accomodation facility open sila 24hrs. May guard or night shift front desk receptionist sila. But dito wala. I tried calling them pero walang sumasagot. I was outside for about an hour. Take note it's around 1 am na, nakakatakot mapagtripan. The street was dark and maraming tambay. Nagtanong ako sa katabing inn kung may kakilala ba sila sa reddoorz na pwedeng macontact but wala daw. I'm was so tired that night dahil sa byahe at ganap ko that day. I asked kung may available room sila para doon nalang muna ako makapahinga kahit ilang oras while waiting na magbukas yung reddoorz. Pero wala pa daw. Luckily, they were kind enough to offer me na magstay muna sa lobby nila kasi delikado daw sa labas. Then after almost an hour may vacant na. Thank you Harry-Son Inn. Guys mas recommended ko pang dito kayo magrent. Their room is nice. Worth it ibabayad nyo safe pa kayo. Past 5 pm nakapasok ako sa reddoorz kasi natyempuhan kong may lumabas na nagcheck in. I tried to open my room kaso may problema sa door knob or key. Hindi ako makapasok. Pagbaba ko wala pa yung front desk staff nila. At this point sobrang naiinis na talaga ako. After 20 mins pa ata bago ko nabuksan. Inayos ko gamit ko then lumabas na pero yung front desk staff wala pa rin hayst. Kaya naghintay muna ako dun sa room. Humiga ako sandali. The towel is okay naman but the pillowcase hindi maganda ang amoy. Parang hindi napalitan. Yun pa ata gamit nung previous na nagcheck in sa room. Tv is not working. My whole stay in reddoorz is 1 hour in total lang ata. NOT WORTH IT. I was thinking na magparefund nalang kaso hindi ako taga manila. Ayokong maghanap pa ng proproblemahin. Hinayaan ko nalang then umalis ng nakasimangot. Doble doble gastos ko. Nagrent ako sa reddoorz pero nangyari kinailangan ko pa ulit magrent sa katabing inn para lang makapahinga. VERY DISAPPOINTING. Take note, it's not my first time magrent sa Reddoorz. I tried renting one time in Reddoorz Lower Bicutan. Pero ibang iba doon. Actually exceeded pa nga expectation ko sa room. Ang ganda ng naging room ko. I paid 300 lesser pa doon ha compared sa OWWA Pasay. The room in OWWA pasay, I'm telling you ang hitsura pang 200 pesos worth lang talaga siya. Tapos very disappointing pa yung staff and on how they operate. NOT RECOMMENDED.
The worse”
I arrived at this hostel an hour earlier and immediately noticed poor smell and poor cleanliness on the lobby/reciving area, a lot of bystanders in a non air-conditioned area. I tried to request to check in early as I came from 6 hours flight and I just wanted to sleep, but they told me to wait as I haven't request that on my booking, and so I wait. 15 mins before check in time, I've asked them if there were no available room as normally they would let the guess checked in if there were unoccupied rooms, they daid there were but need to wait for 2pm, and I have told them what's a 15mins difference would do? So then they get up on their sitting, and a little later they came out with trashes, I believe came from the rooms, and it was just that moment that they have realized to clean the vacant rooms!!! Checking in was done 45 mins after they're cleaning. As I have arrived in the room, it smells newly sprayed insect repellent, makes you wanna vomit! The toilet was worst! no flush, the most nasty toilet with reddoors that I have ever experienced! I wonder why reddors accredited this hosetel. As you lay down on the bed, there would be a lineage of roaches all over it. let this review be a warning to everyone.

Nasa P600 ang singil kaso ang facilities pang P300 ang peg. Mas mainam pa sigurong nag Sogo atleast alam mong malinis at pwede na rin. Yes it's true na "pwede na rin" kaso grabe kung gaano namn sana kaexcellent magworship ang may ari kay Lord, ganun din sana ung cleanliness ng room. Excellent din sana! Eh walaa eh, may mga basura pa under the bed, hindi napalitan ung rugs kaya amoy "angdud". Yong foam, hindi namn kami maarte pero maaamoy mong matagal na kaya nangangamoy na rin. The service is not "pang-tao". Paano naman, parang walang ineexpect na clients, hindi talaga naglinis ng room and pinaantay pa talaga kami para lang lumamig ung room! Ang cheap ng service! Sobra!
