What you see online is not what you will get. Dusty AC needs cleaning, when we enter the room there is a used towel and mask at the back of the door. Dead cockroach on rest room and the wall is moldy, bare cemented white wall. Not a quality standard of red doors i hope they can look into it. I booked a lot with red doors but this one is very disappointing. I paid 1k plus and i don't see the value in it. I hope i had taken some photos to show proof. Unfinished floor when you looked under the bed. The water rises on the toilet bowl i think it's because we stayed on the 1st floor. No space to walk around to open your suitcase you need to place it on top of the bed. Bed is just a foam they just put cover on it.. All i can say is Pictures can be deceiving. I booked the room based on how it looks online but when we get there we were disappointed we chose to stay because it has been paid already and their is a security deposit of 1200.
I stayed here for one night after landing at NAIA as it was near the Buendia bus terminal. I'm guessing it more for overseas Filipino workers. The staff were brilliant. The place is clean. It is cheap. They close the doors at midnight. There are some nice local restaurants close. Go there if you want to get a good night's sleep for cheap. Don't expect a western hotel though.
I dont have problem to the stuff there are approacable, but when you go inside the room 109 the cleanliness is poor when i enter the room i saw a used cotton budds in the floor and i check under the bed is so dirty i saw a empty water bottles and a lot of used plastic and the rag inside the room they didnt change it coz i can see footh step thats not mine when i check the toilet i saw a lot of hair in the drainage even i didnt use it yet and also theres a lot of small cockroachs flying in the room and the bath towel also the blankets is itch its feels like they didnt change it. My concern is the cleanliness of the establishment is very very poor its given if you take offer the room to the guest it should be fresh net and clean.
I stayed here thinking this is Red Doorz Hotel since the one near Divisoria is okay for me (value for money). But this is not! It is a small apartment complex or maybe a motel acquired by Red Doorz. Location: It is a bit near the road where public vehicles pass by but at night you have to ride a taxi since it is on the dark side of the street. Property: I repeat they only bear the logo of Red Doorz but not a Red Doorz branch. Staff: They used a logbook to get my details and for signature. Nobody checked the room prior to my stay. They just turned on the aircon, open the room and off they go. Room: Walls are made of light wood, I can hear the airconditioning of the adjacent rooms. You hear mostly everything from outside. Rooms are really small just enough to fit the bed and a small bathroom. As I step inside, the room smelled disgusting. Like a room that has not been used for a long time, not cleaned at all. No scent of soap or cleaning materials, perfume whatsoever. There were small roaches everywhere. No towel provided. The toilet bowl looks like somebody used it and forgot to flush it. After my long flight, I had to clean the toilet bowl with the remaining body wash I have from my travel kit so I can have the confidence to use it. Final thoughts: I barely slept at all because of the small roaches creeping everywhere. I was too tired to transfer to another hotel and decided to check out once the sun is out. And surprise I got sick the next day.

“Mixed Feelings ”
I have mixed feelings for this hotel. The rooftop was beautiful you have an overview to a big part of manila. At night the view is stunning and the bar keeper who works at night was very friendly. We had the weekend buffet and their food was delicious i have to say the cook they have is a talented one. The rooms were ok for the price you'll have a standard white room i have to say one thing tough, everything was kinda narrow. I had problems going to the toilet coz the bed was so close the door. The room wall mostly clean but we found out some parts that was dirty for example: coz of the lack of places to hang the towels, we hanged it in the Guardrail of the Bunk Bed but after using the towels again we realized that they were staind And even had to pay for it so its kinda a unfair 😕 That's one of the reasons why the whole experience in the hotel was turning to a flop in the end. What i have to say is that the receptionist was pretty professional about it she didn't show any kind negative emotion she was just still smiling even though i did a little bit of a commotion, they wanted 1000.- Peso for two items that wher unwatchable they said. but i have experience in the hall washing process and new that one of the two was easily washable so i refused to pay the hall price and i think after thinking about it that she panicked cause she just stood ther and said the same thing 3x she said it cost 500.- for unrecoverable stains she explained that there wher warning signs in the Room about it.. But we we clearly didn't see anything resembling to a warning about stains and how much they cost. But i would have paid if ther wher really something that was permanent so i stayed firm and was unwilling to pay the 1000.- Until i think the manager came or someone just higher than the normal receptionist and told her to call and check if it's washable and to no one surprise it was. So i had to pay 500.- And i was okey withe that coz my wife had her period and left a stain
