My travel style is to enjoy leisure or sightseeing rather than rest, and I prefer walking over driving for short distances. Therefore, when choosing accommodation, I consider location, price, and cleanliness to be important, and I think Quest Hotel was a very good choice for this trip. 1. Location There is Ayala Mall and Metro Mall within a 5-minute walk, and there is a convenience store right across the street, so the location was very satisfactory. Although it is not very close, you can walk to Sugbo Mercado Night Market in about 30 minutes. (I was fine with my spouse, but for those with children or older people, I recommend using a vehicle.) 2. Friendliness I often bumped into the staff while wandering around the hotel, and they always greeted me with a smile. When I asked the concierge where I could find the fruit I was looking for, they tried their best to help me, which was very impressive. 3. Facilities I had seen many reviews saying that the quality of the breakfast buffet was good, and it was indeed a satisfying breakfast. There were various menu items, and I was able to experience some Filipino food that I wanted to try. The swimming pool was not very big, but it was big enough to enjoy swimming, and it was open until late, so it was good to use it when I felt a little disappointed at the end of the day. Thanks to the service of storing my luggage even after checking out on the last day, I was able to go on a tour with peace of mind. There were also two things that I was a little disappointed about. First, the toilet was located where it touches the door when the bathroom door is opened more than 90 degrees. At first, the bathroom felt a little small, but as I used it, it wasn't too uncomfortable. Second, it was not the hotel's fault, but we were very uncomfortable with the black taxis that always stopped for us when we used a taxi. We couldn't refuse because we couldn't speak English well and they had already opened the taxi door and were waiting. The black taxis suggested a taxi tour throughout the ride and forced us to take a lot of tips because they said they didn't have change. However, the conclusion is that if you are planning to stay in Cebu City, I recommend this place!

We booked four rooms for our group, and we were all very impressed with the experience. Firstly, we found that your hotel offers great value for money. The room rates were reasonable, and the amenities provided were top-notch. The rooms themselves were clean and comfortable, and we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect for us. Being close to restaurants and shopping in Ayala Mall made it convenient for us to explore the area on foot. We appreciated not having to travel far to enjoy some of the local attractions. We also have to mention the great facilities at your hotel. The pool and gym were well-maintained and provided a perfect opportunity for us to relax and keep up with our fitness routines. It was a pleasant surprise to find such excellent amenities. Furthermore, we would like to commend your staff for their friendliness and helpfulness. Whether it was providing luggage storage or fulfilling any other requests we had, they were always there to assist us with a smile. Their excellent service truly made our stay even more enjoyable. Lastly, we would like to mention that even though the hotel is quite old, we were impressed with how well-maintained everything was. The cleanliness of the rooms, bedsheets, and bathrooms was exceptional, and we had no complaints in that regard. Overall, we had a fantastic stay at your hotel. The combination of clean rooms, friendly staff, and convenient location made it a memorable experience for all of us.
