Prior to our trip, communication regarding the entire itinerary was proactively done through email and the app. Upon arrival, from the moment we landed, the pickup service ensured zero contact with our luggage during the transition from plane to hotel, change from car to boat, and then to another car. Upon checking in at the hotel, we were seated on the sofa enjoying ice-cold lemongrass lemonade and refreshing towels for our faces and hands. The shuttle took us directly to the hotel, and our room was pre-arranged when we arrived following pickup. The air conditioning was set up, with water waiting for us, and the balcony faced the sea.
