“Good unit but a little extra would go a long way”
First. If you are flying into or out of NAIA 3 this location is hard to beat. Easy walking distance to the airport of you is the skybridge. The unit was spacious by Manila standard. AC worked. Fridge worked. Wi-Fi worked. Shower worked. Felt safe and secure in good neighborhood. But. The ceiling fan was really dusty and the dust made my wife sneeze. No amenities kit (soap, toothbrush, toilet paper) and no drinking water. The unit looked nicer than two others I stayed at before but the lack of an amenity kit was annoying and having to go out and buy drinking water wasn't the end of the world but it was annoying. Need a bit more cleaning to kitchen utensils too . Thanks

“Good....But”
O.k.... So.... Room was fine... cleanish except for 1 small cockroach in the bathroom. . Which of course means his 1000 brothers and sisters are somewhere close.... So... location A++ next to terminal 3... take the walking bridge over the road turn left at the McDonald's, and boom. . Your their... perfect for an early flight. ... Comfortable ish bed.... good shower. NO SOAP, or anythingelse other than 2 tiny sachets of shampoo. Had 2 clean towels... ohh... the air con... blew nice and cold, EXCEPT... I opened the filter... and OMG.. . unbelievable how caked on the dirt was... shocking how well it blew cold still!!! Other than that, cute little 30 inch t.v., with about 15 Filipino channels, and fairly comfy couch ro sit and relax on. O.k... so for the bad... check in is disorganized chaos... we waited about an hour to finally get a key... if I was going to rent this one again... 1000% touch base with the phone numbers listed BEFORE arrival... email as well so they know when to expect you, and relay the info to the front lobby sooner!!! This is a must for this place... they are owner condos that are renting them, and the staff at the lobbies have an I don't care attitude about it.... obviously it's just added work for them, and an annoyance. So... recommend... yes, but only because of location to terminal 3 and being able to walk to them directly from terminal fairly easily.... Don't forget.... CONTACT THEM IMMEDIATELY AFTER RENTING... Then Maybe a better check in experience than we had.... Good Luck.

“Wrong room, poor communication,rather poor cleanliness ”
We tried to reach out to the accommodation ahead 2 times but never got an answer. We were then informed lsst second about where to go. When we arrived at the meeting point, we were told that the booked unit was occupied and we'd be transfered to s different unit in a different building. This unit then lacked a bed for our kid. Only after complaining were we given an extra mattress, which was very thin and very dirty, and bedsheets to put ob by ourselves. Our kid had to spend the night on the floor. The unit itself was ok, although we had ones with much nicer furniture in One Palm Tree Villas before. The cleanliness was so-so. Bathroom had a cockroach and the leftovers of another one on the wall, the bedsheets have seen much whiter days and the cooking plate had quite some stains. The extra mattress was an absolute no-go, so dirty and unhygienic. On the good side, there was plenty of drinking water in the condo, the AC was brand-new and rather silent and One Palm Tree Villas is great for a sleepover in literally walking distance to the airport. But there definitely are better units to book.

“Satisfaction”
I stayed for one night before my flight the next day. It's within walking distance to Terminal 3, and there are many restaurants, cafes, casinos, and various other facilities nearby, all within walking distance, so you won't get bored waiting for your flight. The room was also clean and well-equipped with the essentials. The front desk staff were very friendly, making my stay comfortable and reassuring.
