The hotel enjoys an excellent location near Clarke Quay MRT and Chinatown. Guests appreciate the friendly and excellent staff service. Gym and pool facilities are good, providing an opportunity to relax and stay active. Despite the busy area, the hotel offers a quiet and peaceful environment, making it perfect for a tranquil experience.
Though rooms are small, the hotel boasts a prime location with friendly staff. While facilities may need renovating, overall, it's a good option for a comfortable stay in the city.

We stayed here for 4D 3N. The room is clean nice and comfortable, good location, everything is good except for the ongoing renovation, the hotel should arrange the guests stay vs the renovation at different wings to minimize the drilling sound, I tried 2 rooms at different sides & floors unfortunately both have the same noises (the hotel did provide notice renovation works will be from 9.30am to 6pm) so if you won't be staying at the room during this time then I would definitely recommend it. During my last day before check out, at 10am the hot water was cut-off, no notice given, I called reception they suggested to take shower on 2nd floor (swimming pool shower room). So for me this stays is not very pleasant. Hopefully next time we visit the renovation already completed / maybe the management could made a better arrangements. Thanks.
We enjoyed our stay so much at Park Regis. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by their friendly staff members, and even one of them (Jega) went out of their way to inform me of a better place for currency exchange when he saw me use their ATM at the reception counter. Rooms were clean, although I do wish that the towels were cleaner-looking. Additionally, it occasionally smelled like sewage whenever we flushed the toilet or used the shower, but I think that has to do with the plumbing and could be out of the hotel's control. Location was prime and it was super easy to walk places, get picked up, and get dropped off. It's a little pricier for our budget, but for what you're getting, I think it's worth it and we would come back to rebook next time we're in Singapore.
Hotel is in a great location right across the road from Clarke Quay and multiple MRT stations are within a couple of minutes walk. I stayed in a recently refurbished room and it was clean and well presented. There was construction on-going at the time of my visit, but I didn't hear any noise the whole time I was there. The toilet and shower doors are odd. They make the doors bang loudly when closed and you quite often hear the doors of other guests rooms banging closed through the walls. There is also a mosque nearby that starts at 5:30am each morning, but I suspect most hotels in the area will be able to hear that as well
