“Good for a one night stay ”
Last minute booking. Reasonable price, clean, a limited amount of off street parking. Bed comfortable. A cooked breakfast included which was unexpected at that price point. Only negatives were that the room had a stale smoke smell and the shower, while hot, had fairly low pressure. But I'd stay here again if I just wanted a bed for the night.

“Great for Couple Travels”
Great room. Nice and clean with a big balcony, water, fridge, ac. Had everything we needed. Left us a bottle of water. Breakfast was fried eggs, chopped tomato and onions and some minced pork. There was also bread and spreads with coffee. Shower and toilet were separated by a little wall to stop the toilet from being wet which is a nice touch. Clean linen and towels. 20 minute walk to the station if you are a walker. One thing to be aware of which is nothing to with the hotel is the birds that start making noise at night.

“พนักงานให้คำแนะนำดีมากครับ”
จองให้แฟนไปพักในวันที่ 7 ธ.ค.67 ที่ผ่านมาครับ ห้องพักสะอาด พนักงานให้การบริการ และ คำแนะนำดีมาก แต่จะขอเล่าเป็นอุทาหรณ์ หรือ บทเรียน ไว้ให้ผู้ค้ำพักท่านอื่น ๆ ที่จองผ่าน agoda ครับ ผมได้ทำการจองครั้งที่ 1 แบบชำระโดยตัดบัตรเครดิต booking number สมมติ A มา ซึ่งก็ได้รับอีเมลยืนยันการจองมาเป็นเลข A และแทบจะทันทีหลังจากได้รับเมล ก็มรเมลส่งมาจาก agoda ว่าขอ cancle เนื่องจากระบบ error โดย cancle booking number B (มารู้ทีหลังว่ามันคนละเลขกัน) โดยตรงนี้เอง ผมไม่ทันได้สังเกตว่ามันเป็นเลข B ทำให้เข้าใจว่า เลข A ที่ผมได้จองไปโดน cancle, กอปรกับผมได้เข้าไปตรวจในแอพบัตรเครดิต พบว่ามีการตัดเงิน และ ได้เงินคืน ยอดตรงกันเป๊ะๆ เลยยิ่งแน่ใจไปอีกว่า cancle ไปแล้ว ผมจึงทำการจองใหม่ และ เข้าใจว่าจองแบบเดิมคือตัดบัตรเครดิต แต่จริงๆ คือจองแบบจ่าย ณ ที่พัก (ผมไปรู้เมื่อตอนไป check in) ได้เลข booking number C มาครับ ซึ่งผมก็ดูแอพบัตรเครดิต โดยยอดเงินขึ้นว่า pending ทาง รร. ก็แจ้งว่า agoda น่าจะเอายอดเงินนั้นค้ำประกันไว้ ซึ่งมันก็ขึ้น pending จริงๆ ผมเลยโอนเงินค่าห้องให้กับ รร. ไปทางแอพธนาคาร หลังจากนั้นผมก็เฝ้าติดตามยอดเงินในแอพบัตรเครดิตมาโดยตลอด จนวันที่ 10 ธ.ค.67 ผมก็โดนตัดบัตรไปตามยอดที่โอนไป จึงได้โทรกลับไป หารือกับทาง รร. จึงได้รับข้อเท็จจริงว่า ผมจองไปเลข booking number A (หักบัตร มาหักวันที่ 10) และ C (จ่าย ณ ที่พัก อันนี้ยอดที่ pending ก็หายไป) ทำให้ผมสงสัยว่า เลข B มันโผล่มาได้ไง แต่ผมก็ผิดเองที่ไม่ได้ดูเมล ตรวจสอบเลข booking ให้ดี ๆ ซึ่งทาง รร. ก็ช่วยเต็มที่ ให้เลื่อนพัก โดยเข้าพักภายใน 3 เดือน สำหรับเลข A ให้ครับ ไม่สามารถคืนเงินให้ได้ ซึ่งตรงนี้ผมก็เข้าใจ เพราะ รร. คงโดนเก็บค่าธรรมเนีนมจากทาง agoda เช่นกัน ขอขอบคุณทาง รร. มากครับ หวังว่าจะเป็นประโยชน์ ครับผม

“Two Night Stay”
Suitable base for a short stay in good central location. Staff are helpful but seemingly preoccupied. Included breakfast is very underwhelming, just skipped it the second morning. Room (307) was clean and comfortable and ac worked well, but a bit the room is dark and dated.

“The room is worth the price, except for the breakfast”
We only stayed 2 nights at P1 House. The location seemed convenient to us, being close to the train station and bus terminal. We got a room with two single beds, which was what was available when we made the reservation. The bed was comfortable and the room was a good size, not to mention that, as it was a room at the back of the hotel, it wasn't very noisy. The bathroom with the separation between the shower and the toilet is also a positive point, considering that it would not be the most common here in Thailand. The only negative point during our stay was the breakfast, which was far below what we expected, as it was just bread and a fried egg with pork, brought directly from the kitchen, that is, without the option to request any changes.
