The friendly and attentive staff have also been highlighted by many guests, as well as the clean and comfortable rooms with complete amenities. Moreover, the security personnel and concierge have been very helpful, adding to the enjoyable stay.

“Conveniently Located Near NAIA T3”
Stayed at One Palm Villa easy walking distance from NAIA T3 via the Runway bridge. Walk the direction towards St. Therese Church. The location is superb for easy access to the airport. There is fast food restaurant nearby and health & beauty store. The staff were friendly and the room is well organized for a comfortable stay. Wifi was reliable. Overall, a fantastic stay with exceptional value.

“Good loc for early holiday flight at T3”
Booked this as 1 of the cheapest option since we have to fly in on Dec 25. Initially confusing since cluster was not indicated in the briefing and I just had to tell the guard it's Cluster A. Good thing, it really is in Cluster A haha. Staff was not responding to my text but when I called them, they immediately answered and fetched us. Just told us what room and that's it. Easy transaction. Room was decent, good for 3 of us. Clean and aircon was working well. Cr also had free shampoo and gel so all good plus clean towels. No issues w lobby too. Easy check out at early morning and we just walked towards T3 using Runway Manila.

“Good for 1 or 2 nights ”
I loved the host, I just have an issue with the bed not having a water proof cover. It feels like I’m sleeping over some stranger’s home. There is a washer and drier in unit but it doesn’t dry the way it would heat up , it simply just air spins the clothes, which will leave you with smelly clothes if you leave it in there - the issue is, there’s a no hanging clothes on balcony policy so I’m not sure how your suppose to dry your clothes if it’s air dry only. I was also really disgusted with the amount of roach traps everywhere. They do come out at night. Probably not recommended for my fellow Americans who expect a totally clean place if I’m being 100% honest. I did love the host though, this room is just lacking in a proper deep cleaning and maintenance.

“Overnight stay”
Me and my partner had an overnight stay at One Palm tree Villas 2 days ago. The rooms are clean, beds are comfy, Wifi provided and TV with youtube and Netflix. This place is very convenient and had an easy access from NAIA Terminal 3. Mcdonalds and a petrol Station are just like 200 steps away....Security guards are very helpful and staff are so accomodating. We had an amazing stay in this place and highly recommended for those people who are travelling and trying to avoid the rush hour traffic after a long and exausting flight.

“Cleanliness”
When we first entered the room, everything appeared to be in order and we were initially satisfied with the overall condition. However, upon entering the bathroom, we were extremely disappointed to find that the shower and bidet were not properly cleaned, which raised serious concerns about the hygiene standards. Additionally, the television in the room was not functioning at all, which affected our ability to relax and enjoy our stay. Most concerning of all, we noticed a significant presence of cockroaches throughout the room, which made the environment feel unsanitary and uncomfortable. These issues greatly diminished our experience and did not meet the expectations we had for our accommodation.
