Guests love the hotel's prime location for its easy access to the airport and shopping centers. The friendly and attentive staff have also been highlighted by many guests, as well as the clean and comfortable rooms with complete amenities. Moreover, the security personnel and concierge have been very helpful, adding to the enjoyable stay.

Few guests have reported cleanliness issues, including cockroaches. Also, some faced delayed or lack of response to requests. Nonetheless, the overall experience is satisfactory.

“Conveniently Located Near NAIA T3”
Stayed at One Palm Villa easy walking distance from NAIA T3 via the Runway bridge. Walk the direction towards St. Therese Church. The location is superb for easy access to the airport. There is fast food restaurant nearby and health & beauty store. The staff were friendly and the room is well organized for a comfortable stay. Wifi was reliable. Overall, a fantastic stay with exceptional value.

“Good loc for early holiday flight at T3”
Booked this as 1 of the cheapest option since we have to fly in on Dec 25. Initially confusing since cluster was not indicated in the briefing and I just had to tell the guard it's Cluster A. Good thing, it really is in Cluster A haha. Staff was not responding to my text but when I called them, they immediately answered and fetched us. Just told us what room and that's it. Easy transaction. Room was decent, good for 3 of us. Clean and aircon was working well. Cr also had free shampoo and gel so all good plus clean towels. No issues w lobby too. Easy check out at early morning and we just walked towards T3 using Runway Manila.

“Convenient & clean”
Very convenient to stay if catching early flight next morning, easy access and short walk to NAIA T3 via Runway Manila. Unit is clean, spacious for 2 persons, owner and staff are very helpful. Basement parking is available for additional charge, need to request and reserve in advance.

I loved the host, I just have an issue with the bed not having a water proof cover. It feels like I’m sleeping over some stranger’s home. There is a washer and drier in unit but it doesn’t dry the way it would heat up , it simply just air spins the clothes, which will leave you with smelly clothes if you leave it in there - the issue is, there’s a no hanging clothes on balcony policy so I’m not sure how your suppose to dry your clothes if it’s air dry only. I was also really disgusted with the amount of roach traps everywhere. They do come out at night. Probably not recommended for my fellow Americans who expect a totally clean place if I’m being 100% honest. I did love the host though, this room is just lacking in a proper deep cleaning and maintenance.
