Where to stay in Old Trafford
Old Trafford hotels & accommodations

We stayed 2 nights at Hotel Football Old Trafford as we were catching the Man Utd vs Arsenal match. It's a dream come true for any Man Utd fan to wake up to a view of the Old Trafford stadium just outside their window. The room wasn't huge, but was clean and cosy. The football theme wasn't overwhelming, so it's good if you're traveling with your partner who isn't a hug...

Booked this hotel primarily on price and location. We wanted to explore Salford Quays and the shops and this hotel gave a great Base to do it. Ibis are basic but I was pleasantly surprised with them. Each bedroom has a tiny toilet area, shower and a comfy bed. But in this heat it also had a brilliant air cooling system that kept it cool and pleasant despite 31 degree ...

Rooms and amenities were good, the staff excellent, being both friendly and efficient while the rooms were excellent value for money. The location is within 35min walk from Old Trafford, the ITV Studios and the CBD. The hotel is due to refurbishment in the New Year.

although we booked a studio apartment which we initially thought it would only have 1 bed with tv set, it came to our surprise when we stepped into the apartment as it has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, big tv in the living room and a balcony where we can see old trafford stadium! how we wished we could stay here for more than 1 night! the apartment is about 1-2...

We chose this branch instead of the Oxford Rd (not to be mistaken to be the same hotel! We made that mistake and wasted a bit of money on the PTE-booked train fare...) because my partner wanted to make his pilgrimage to the Old Trafford Stadium. It was about a 10-minute walk away. We could see the stadium from the hotel. Great location with good food available nearby. ...

We spent 2 nights here. The hotel looks new. Rooms were nice and very comfortable with spacious bathroom. Location is a bit far from city center but very close to Trafford Centre which is a huge shopping mall. Hotel has big car park but by late afternoon it's almost full. Hotel staff was very helpful, though not overly friendly. Breakfast was good quality, though not...
