the CR is equipped with bidet, water heater in the shower and also a washing machine .

“Big space, complete with everything you need”
I was suprised how spacious this unit. It was perfect location with convenient store downstairs and a lot of restaurants, just across Mall of Asia. The owner and his assistant were easy to talk to. Only downside, this building is popular for staycation --- a loooot of people checking in and out -- big families, groups. I didn't use the facilities because always a lot of people. The room itself is really goooood.

“Good for pre-airport check-in stay”
The place is enough for very short stay just before airport check-in/outs….like a transition place. If for that purpose, this place is very reasonable for its price. The owner is very nice. His representative met us on check-in/out.

The place is conveniently located just in front of a very huge mall, there's a convenience store downstairs, the place is cozy, has all the amenities you will need for a long stay, balcony view at night is nice

Stay for 11 days, clean and secure place with all amenities.. very supportive host.. if chances i will comeback on this place.. no regrets so far and very satisfied clients here.. just need to improve the lights,i feel little bit deemed inside. Thank You
