“Rather dirty”
The double room I booked is small which is understandable since it's Hong Kong. I checked in late, at close to 10pm so the front desk person was not there and I managed to check in after communicating with the contact provided. The above are not the biggest issues. Two things made the stay rather unbearable - 1) the bathroom was not entirely clean, and 2) the air purifier unit next to the bed was quite loud so it was quite difficult to fall asleep. The room was mostly white walls with stains and patches so it's not as tastefully decorated as the front desk area as in the pictures. It's a good price if you can't pay a higher price or prefer a private room. Otherwise, a bunk bed in a nicer hostel might be a better option. Of course if you can pay a little more, that'll be the better option, especially when there's discounts sometimes.
