Shamrock hotel is the best hotel in Jordan on Nathan road. The MTR station is right at the left side of the hotel building which takes only one station to Tsim Sha Tsui station. The hotel is not a modern one but features everything you need in the room. Moreover, my room was upgrade to the higher floor which gives a bigger room and big LED Tv screen. The restaurant at the ground floor in front of the hotel is a very good restaurant. Dim Sum at this restaurant has a better taste in the most restaurant in Tsim Sha Tsui. Moreove, if you want to go to Kowloon station by taxi, it takes about 20 minutes from the hotel. I will stay at this hotel because most of the time I visit Tsim Sha Tsui and Central zone.

We arrived at Hongkong Intl Airport quite early, around 10am, took a bus to Nathan Road and got to Nathan Hotel at around 12. Remember to drop at A21 bus stop at 348 Nathan Road. Actually, it's in front of a shop named Outlette. Luckily, our room was already available. We booked a Nathan Room. nice decoration, especially the bathroom. The bed is very comfortable. We also enjoyed the complementary internet and breakfast. Indeed, the breakfast is really good and tasty, not like other hotels. The location is really good. It's between Jordan and Yau Ma Tei MTR station, but nearer to Jordan. It's very convenient if you have a lot of shopping from Mongkok and want to drop them at the hotel, then do some more shopping at Tsim Sha Tsui or Central. The staff is really nice and helpful. Just remember to tip the doorman if he help with your luggage. On our departure day, our flight was at 8pm. We checked out early and do some more shopping. It's really nice that they allow us to use the gym's bathroom at 6th floor to have a shower and change clothes before we leave. 4 days staying at Nathan Hotel was amazing and we will definitely come back here for our next trip.

Lovely, smart boutique hotel in Jordan, less than 10 minutes from Admiralty and Central. Perfect for exploring the island, but also Mong Kok, Lantau, and the rest of the city. Walking distance to Australian dairy accompany and LKK for egg pancakes. It was a nice respite after a day of walking amongst skyscrapers. I really also loved that even though I arrived early in the morning, they didn’t charge me extra for an early check-in, which meant I could catch up on sleep, and then be fully awake to explore in the afternoon.

Everything was fine. Have stayed here several times before when the price was right. Their new decor (shades of grey) is nowhere near as cheery as before. Note: if you request a double bed request one in a room with a bay window (most rooms). They have a very small claustrophobic room with one high window. Staff is very accommodating and give great attention to cleanliness. Hotel is one block from Jordan subway station. Also the real Chinese Hong Kong is in Kowloon and this hotel is in an ideal location for that experience. I'm a frequent traveler to HK over the years. Also the discounts Agoda finds for this hotel are what I found directly inquiring at the front desk.

Location was great, I took bus A21 get off of Jordan hotel, walk like 1 block. While waiting for ck in, friendly staff was showing me great place to visit in Hong Kong. And whenever I need taxi, they will help me to call one since the hotel is not on Main Street, sometimes cab doesn't comes in. And the refreshment is free for the first time! There is a gallery locate next to the reception, must go! It has things from to 50s, it so cool~~

We enjoyed the Rainbow Hotel. It is value for money with big beds. Comfortable room, friendly staff, good breakfasts and plenty of electric plugs for all our gadgets in places that were very user friendly. Towels were a bit threadbare. We visit HK 2 times a year. We have stayed in places in Yau Mei Tei but have found this hotel in Jordan and will now shift to Rainbow. It is very convenient for the A21 bus from the airport or if you want a taxi back to the airport, they stop outside regularly for about $250 HK. This hotel is now on our list. Also we didn't encounter the Chinese Mainland tour groups in the hotel. These groups impact on your quality of stay.

Booking this hotel is a great deal! The hotel is still new and located in a quiet street. We got a Quad Deluxe Room for 3 adults and 1 child. The room is very spacious (Hongkong standard) complete with hotel supplies and services. No dining in the hotel but there are nearby restaurants (special mention to Cheers Restaurant for a yummy breakfast, cheap dimsum yet hotel ambiance). From the airport, if you will take a taxi use Novotel or Nathan Hotel as a landmark. If taking CitiBus, you can go down A21 stop, very near to the hotel. If taking Airport Express train and bus, you will go down at Eaton very near the hotel. If taking regular train, Jordan station is just 3 streets away, less than 5min walk. Temple street shopping is 2 streets north. The receptionists can speak and understand English which is a plus. They accommodate leaving of luggages within the day upon checkout for free. Best of all, you can take HANDY with you, a complimentary smartphone with free local calls and 3G. Well, maybe the only downside is the thin wall between the rooms, very low sound proofing. But overall, we had a great stay! 👌

I had sent in a special request for additional towels and late check-in and the owner/host was very accommodating and friendly. The building is a little hard to spot so my recommendation is for you guys to definitely use Google Maps to have an idea of the exterior. The exterior looks deceiving, kind of shabby...some may say slightly scary...but really if you compare it with many other places in HK, it is completely normal and safe! Accessibility is easy, A22 airport bus for about 40 mins and will cost you 39HKD. Get off at Chi-Wo Street, from there it is literally a 2 minute walk (including crossing the street) to get to the place, just spot the MTR station sign and walk towards it, you will not miss it. The Jordan MTR exit A is right across the street from the building. There are 7/11s and loads of other shops close by that are open until 10 PM. Just a few blocks away you get to Temple Street, another version of the famous Mongkok Ladies Market with loads of affordable eating spots. The rooms are very small, tiny to be precise. Nonetheless, it has everything you need for a short stay. We stayed 2 nights. DO NOT BRING BIG LUGGAGE, there is no room for that unless you are willing to roll it around, step over it or whatever to get to the bathroom. We traveled light with our backpacks so it wasn't too hard to squeeze them in. The bathroom is clean and not too tight actually. I was worried to get everything wet, but besides the floor we were able to manage to keep the rest dry. The look is also quite nice actually. Overall a very pleasant stay and would stay here again because of the perfect location and accessibility to everything in the city.

It is my 4th time in Hk and my ist time to stay in Evergreen hotel. The hotel is very accesible, breakfast is good and rooms are clean.Staffs are helpful.It’s one block away to Temple st night market,plenty of cheap eats and restaurants around the corner.Mammy pancake,tiger sugar and hee kee cart noodle is few steps away. Pricemart and best mart 360 is just across the street.If you are taking A21bus from the airport go dow at bus stop #10 nathan hotel, evergreen hotel is just across the street at the back of Wing on department store.7/11 is just below the hotel.If taking A21 bus to the airport the bus stop is infront of color mix just near the hotel along nathan road you can see it no need to cross the street.The hotel is also walking distance to tsim sha shui and avenue of comic stars,kowloon park. If you are taking mtr take jordan station exit A.

I am one of the first guests stayed here on its grand opening day. So everything is clean and brand new including bed, sheets, pillows, etc. The single room I stayed is very cozy, typical size for Hong Kong budget hotel room but everything necessary is well placed there; air-con, flat-screen TV, electric kettle, hair drier, even tooth brush and paste in the shower room. Water pressure of the hot shower is very good and comfortable. The staffs here are very friendly and speaks good English, and kind enough to rent me a universal plug adapter without even asking. Its location is very good also, just 30 seconds walk from MTR Jordan station and many good local restaurants around there. Famous night market (Temple street) is just 5 minutes walk away. On the minus side, the hotel does not have elevator so you must carry your luggage by stairs to your room which is on the third floor and up. And at the time of my stay, wifi was not yet available due to the delay in the delivery of ordered router equipments, but the staff says it will be delivered within a week so should be up and running by the time you read this review. It's a brand new hotel so no maps carries its location yet except Agoda's but it's not difficult to reach there. From MTR Jordan station, go up to the ground via Exit D and take few steps north on Nathan Road. Make a right at the first corner (Mannings drug store is there) onto Tak Shing Street. Walk around 20 meters while viewing Prudential Hotel on your left, and turn left at the first T junction (foreign exchange is there at the corner) onto Tak Hin Street. The hotel is the second building on your right. I recommend this hotel to every budget travelers.

I want to feel HK in 1 day so this is the best spot ever.. the food stalls are everywhere from cheap to expensive for you to taste.. woosung, parkes and nanking streets are packed of food!! . Since I'm a noodle crazy and I love eating, this is the right place to taste all the chinese food. I chose the cheap but taste great though.. Sadly 1 of the resto in Parkes St I'm craving to taste was not open (probably already closed) and I missed the Wing Ah Resto in Parkes St also... but after that I ate great noodle else where. Finally eat noodle in HK!!make my cousin envy because he's dream is eating noodle in HK..haha Hotel is easy to reach. I enjoyed A21 bus and MTR with tourist day pass. So The Peak, Avenue of Stars and Big Buddha are easy to access The temple st next to woosung is great place to buy souvenirs. Which is kind a 'must' to bring souvenirs back home, if you came from my country. And many are in reasonable price!about average price as in my country!! Because I dont want to buy souvenirs if I can have them lots cheaper in my country!! If you are from the west it'll be very very cheap The room: I love the bath room!! I choose this hotel because the furniture are new and the bath room!! If you are big, esp.man, don't choose single room!it'll drive you crazy cos it's only 2.5mx1.5m. but the bath room is 2mx1.5m which is wonderful. For me it's fine cos it got all the thing that i need and i adore bath room rather than room space. I enjoy the wifi too. hotel: if you are big better book double room. if you need adaptor for electricity, ask at reception. HKD20 will be place as deposit and they'll return it to you when you return the adaptor. Ask the wifi password to enjoy your stay.

Booked for 2 rooms, Building was old. But the Rooms are newly renovated. The Manager allow us to have the room keys even were going out, which is very easy for us to come and go whenever we want. It was just outside Jordan MTR Exit B1, very accessible to restaurants for eating, near shopping area, near Miseums, avenue of Stars and Kowloon Park... I will surely book again whenever I'll be in Hongkong.

The location was very good. You could go to the hostel by CityBUS A22 or Tseu Wan Subway and get off at Jordan station stop. Difficult to find the office. (Tip: the New Lucky Building was just in front of the Exit B1 of Jordan subway station. The ofiice was on the F11. Because there was no sign, don't be hesitate to take a high-zone elevator up to the office). The room was very small that can be a problem for people who are taller than 170 cm. The bed and shower room were clean. Hot water was not stable but still ok. Wifi was useless, please prepare your own self data connection service. There were a private TV set, a private hair dryer and a shared refigerator for 6-8 rooms. There were 7-eleven and Circle-K, next door.

Walking distance to Jordan MTR station-actually Austin MTR station entrance was much closer but a different line altogether. Checked me in early with no problem. Had 20th floor room with view of water in the distance. Decent sized room with toiletries provided. Shower was a little small for me but it's Hong Kong and it's the case more often than not. Had a little smoking area off the lobby that was gated to the street. Temple Street night market less than 10 minutes away and lots of restaurants in all the little streets close by. Can walk to the Avenue of the Stars along the water from or short MTR ride away. Walked to Airport Express train-not around the corner but not too far away to not be able to walk with luggage in tow. No real facilities at this hotel but the room was much bigger than most I had in HK so can't really complain.

As we know, Hongkong apartment is small, thus do not expect big rooms from any of the budget places you book. Bed is shorter and smaller as compared to the standard sizes of single/double bed. What you see from the picture is what you get! I rate it 5star value for money because I get more than what I paid for (which is the warm hospitality)! If you're choosing this stay means you're looking for a budget place to rest, do not expect 5star hotel services. It is the lowest-priced rooms among all other rooms around Jordan Stn, and its clean (just sometimes there may be odd smell for awhile but it's nothing serious)! Maybe you'll get a cultural + environmental shock in HK, but that's probably all. Even tho our room is small, it's enough for my sister and I to move around. We stayed in a twin bedroom for 6nights, together with 6 of our friends and we love it! There are hair dryers, fresh new towels daily, tv, air-condition, housekeeping, cups, water boiler, disposable toothbrush+ toothpaste, mugs, most importantly!!! The hot water is perfect! ❤️ We had a great stay because the helpers were so friendly they even shared their home-cooked supper with us! Spend some time to make friends with them! I only met the Owner of this place on my last day of stay, and she is wonderful! I'd definitely go back there if I was to go Hongkong again! It is 1 traffic light away from Jordon Stn (exit B1) thus super convenient! There is also a supermarket opposite of the building below Breadtalk. 5min walk away from the yummy Australia Dairy Company!

I booked a room with double bed and they gave us a triple bed room on the 2nd floor so we had a bigger space. I chose this hotel mainly because of it's location. Next to mtr station Jordan, the hotel rooms are on the 1st and 2nd floor so it's very easy to get in and out using the stairs instead of waiting for the slow moving and small elevator of the old building. convenient stores, temple street night market, and restaurants nearby. very convenient. The rooms are clean and secured. The owner and housekeeper are warm and accommodating but they are not always at the front desk. If you can take care of things by yourself you'll be fine and you will like it. contact the owner at least a day before you arrive, otherwise, you'll be lucky to have someone assist you at check in. I'll stay here again when we return to Hong Kong.

When arrived HK airport, take City Sky airport bus A22 (HK$39/adult) from airport to Shanghai street bus stop (3rd stop) at Jordan Road for only 30 mins journey then walk for 5 minutes on opposite side will reach the guest house. There are restaurants just surrounding the vicinity & Miu Gai （廟街）just opposite the guest house, the most famous café 澳洲牛奶公司 just right opposite the street. MTR train station exit A (nearest exit/entrance) is just 1 minute walking to opposite the Jordon road. About 1 minute walking distance from the guest house on the same side of Jordan road can take City Sky bus A22 go to airport directly for about 30 mins (HK$39/adult). Take bus from & to airport is the most convenient & cheapest way to stay at elog Inn. Although the room is small but it's furnished with basic facilities and most important privacy. The room have sufficient space to move and put the luggage. Highly recommended for solo traveler.

Although the rooms are VERY cozy, the price, comfort, and location are excellent. Just a 30 sec. walk and you’re at Jordan station. This hub could take you all over HK. Room was cleaned and towels changed daily. One caveat, however...there’s a central exhaust fan connected to all the rooms which acts as a dehumidifier. Those who are sensitive sleeping in a dry environment might want to consider sleeping with a face mask, or bring your own pocket humidifier. Other than that, can’t go wrong with this place! Will definitely be coming back!

I would commend the type of rooms in this hostel because it's entirely different compared to the ones in Chungking and Mirador Mansions. Room is spacious enough (I'm Asian) and the bed is at par with 3 star hotels. The bathroom even has a bath tub! I do not have high hopes with this hostel because I was expecting to have an experience from what I paid but I had the most amazing stay. Location is also great coz you just have to walk if to go to Tsim Sha Tsui area. Jordan MTR is very near the place so it won't be the problem. Make sure you check out Temple Street & Parkes Street which are just right beside the building coz you can find most of the famous Chaan Teng and noodle house. Will definitely book another room if I go back to HK.

This is my first hostel experience and I absolutely loved it. The location is of great convenience, a 5min walk from the nearest Jordan MTR station exit, with a 7-11 store right next to the MTR exit, and the bus stop to airport is just around the corner. The hostel is nicely decorated and homey. Both the owner and the receptionist lady are wonderful and very helpful. Reception area is also a common room area, great for socializing with other guests. Also there is a collection of books available for book lovers too. The bathroom area is very neat and well organised, and is often being cleaned and tidied up throughout the day. If needed, cleaning tools are also available on the hallway. For bedrooms, there are always extra pillows and duvets placed on the shelves. Curtains are attached onto the two bottom rolls of the bunk beds so a degree of privacy is assured. Lockers are available in each room for placing valuables. Except for towels most essentials are provided. Overall, the atmosphere of the whole place is very welcoming and relaxing. I had many interesting discussions and made friends during my stay. Will definitely choose this hostel for my next stay in Hong Kong. Thank you for the great hospitality. :)

Nice room deco, its a small room but we are comfortable. We stayed for 5 days, the staff clean up the room everyday. Abit noisy because of many food stalls downstairs start their business around 6 till midnight. Likely, the MTR Jordan station is near by 5 minutes walking from the hotel. For Muslims to find halal food, you can go to Chungkin Mansion, can just walk from Tsim Sha Tsui station. Staff is friendly.

Good - location is perfect, just few meters from B1 exit out of Jordan station. Helpful and nice staff. Good and clean room. Bad - be prepare that in most cases you will need to call on arrival to staff. And if you have no internet, no possibility to call because of roaming then you are in trouble. Would be great improvement to send WiFi password to guests with booking info. As for me had to spend more than 7 Eur on roaming calls to check-in. Another option to buy sim card in nearby shops. Please be prepared upfront not to have surprises like me.
