“Clean apartment and very close to the airport”
The host is not really responsive and they gave me the wrong code for the door. LUCKY I kept trying different digits and got it right. I would have been fuming if it didn’t work after a long flight, at 5:30am!!

“Insist the manager ensures everything in the apartment is in working order. ”
Good points. Location within 3/400m of the airport. Easy walking distance . ( we took a taxi due to disability) private condo apartment. Friendly and efficient security and service staff. Very clean, TV and fridge not working, (sad) the management arnt on top of the maintenance. Geat pool. Enjoyed our one night stay here.

“A perfect place to stay”
The place is as per what was advertised, it was clean and safe. I had a very good night sleep plus the shower and the free mineral water is a plus. It is also conveniently located in front of the terminal 3 international airport. Online food deliveries is at your door step which is very convenient and Jie have free wifi in her apartment. The linens were washed and crisped and Jie in the middle of the night would visit me upon arrival just to make sure that my stay will be okay and secured. Thank you Jie Ann, ill surely come back and recommend your place.

“Exceptional”
The place is very nice and conviniently located. The bathroom is nice and modern as well. The host should do a better job with communication. She told us location to wrong subdivision and we had to carry our 7 bags, to cross into right units. She also stopped responding to my messages after we checked in. Tip for fellow travelers : Wifi info is under the router. Units are called "Two Palm Tree Vilas". Tip for host: Please improve your communication skills and take pictures of the bathroom, you could be losing money, you have a very beautiful bathroom. Thank you.

“주인과 매너는 어디로?”
남편과 2박을 예약했는데 하필 우산도 없는 비오는 날 체크인 하려고 GRAB타고 찾아간 숙소... 주소로 호텔이름으로 쳐도 안나와서 근처를 빙빙돌다가 일단 구글지도상 근처다싶어서 내려서 전화하니 다행히 바로 앞이었다. 첫째, 숙소 찾기 어렵다는 점. 저 호텔이름이 아닌 ONE PALM TREE로 찾는게 맞다.근데 중요한건 호텔이 아니라 콘도같은 거라서 프론트가 아니 각 건물 CLUSTER라고 불리우는 건물에 경비원이 앉아있고 예약증들고 돌아다니다 일명 아떼라는 아줌마를 우연히 만나서 방을 안내받았다. 둘째, 방을 안내받기 위해선 우선 아떼 아이다를 찾아야 한다. 8w방이었는데 온수 안나오고 타월이 오늘은 무료 내일은 돈을 내란다. 난 2박을 결제했는데 이 수건으로 3일을 쓰라는거?!!! 결국 온수때문에 수리공이 왔으나 못 고친다는 말만하고 떠남.ㅠ 그리고 다시 전화한 주인이라는 여자왈 아무도 온수에대해 컴플레인 한적 없다. 도대체 니가 원하는게 뭐나!!! 직접 다이렉트로 얘기해봐라!!! 라고 짜증을 냄. 얼척이 없어서... 자기네가 아고다에 올린대로 타월도 제대로 안주고 온수서비스도 안된거에 대해 죄송하고 조치를 취해도 현찮은판에 우리한테 짜증섞인 목소리로 따지다니... 완전 주객이 전도되도 유분수지. 결국 얼굴도 못 본 주인은 방을 바꿔준다고 했고 다시 짐을 챙겨서 옮겨간 곳은 침대는 퀸에서 더블로 하등되었지만 온수빵빵 그러나 내가 제일 싫어하는 바퀴벌레 다행히 작은사이즈가 나왔고 출처를 알 수 없는 생긴건 바퀴벌레 그러나 점프실력이 뛰어나 메뚜기를 잡듯 잡아야 했던 벌레 3-4마리랑 이리뛰고 저리뛰었던 기억이 생생하다. 그동안 아고다를 통해 10번정도 이용한 호텔들은 복불복 게임처럼 50%의 확률로 만족과 개짜증스런 숙소의 비율이었다. 아고다는 좀 더 신중한 검토 후에 정보를 올려야 한다!!!
