This Hotel is very acceptable. The staff are friendly and speak adequate English. The rooms are well presented though very similar in design and style as many Hotels in the price range. It is a shame that information in the room is lacking in everything except a detailed explanation of every possible item in the room and how much it will cost you if damaged or missing on check out. For the first time, I encountered a central control panel beside the bed that takes care of the air conditioning, the tv. But I didn't find out until I went to reception to ask why my TV didn't appear to be working. Power comes from a button on that Control panel and then the remote comes into use to switch on and select Channels etc. They could easily provide more useful information in the room about the hotel and its facilities. But this is a small gripe and I have no problem in recommending this as a nice place to stay and within 5 minutes walking distance to "Terminal 21". One of the best Malls in Thailand, I think.

A 5 star hotel and the best in Korat. Reception staff very efficient and extremely helpful. Service in the bar very good with limited waiting time after ordering snacks and drinks. Breakfast was very good quality but again primarily geared towards asian guests even though there were numerous westerners there. Decor in the hotel was quite impressive but then again it is a 5 star hotel although on our arrival there was no porter available at reception, not what one would expect from a hotel of this quality. In conclusion our stay was very pleasant and extremely comfortable but the location is not so good and the hotel primarily caters for the business community and as such we found it lacked a certain warmth charm that perhaps families would expect and look for but we will definitely stay there again.

Stayed here for one night on the way to Koh chang from udon Thani .We were greeted by friendly helpful staff at reception and checkin was quick and simple and bags taken to the room . The communal areas of the hotel look smart and upmarket .As for the rooms they are big and have a good comfortable bed but not what you would call 5 star quality though there was nothing wrong with them and they were very clean . We eat in the buffet restaurant attached to the hotel which was good food at a reasonable price (290 bht for the buffet ) .We also went for breakfast the following morning which again was good food .During are stay we also used the swimming pool which was nice and clean though would of been nice to have a bar/somewhere to buy a drink near it .Overall i would recommend this hotel at the great rates you can get with Agoda but i wouldnt be so happy paying the "full" rates for it as in my opinion it isnt really a 5 start quality hotel

the purpose of my trip was to attend a running event. I booked this hotel as it was nearby the venue. The services provided were outstanding - the staff were friendly and helpful, transportation was provided for all runners to and from the hotel and breakfast hours was also extended to accommodate for us afterwards. Overall one of the best hotels I've been to and highly recommend to anyone travelling here on any purpose.

Remember this is a budget hotel and not a 5 star resort. But saying that, the one bedroom apartment style room is spacious and comfortable for a short or long term stay. We traveled with two children under 7 and they had plenty of room to play with there toys while we relaxed and watch a movie in the evenings. Pros - Staff are friendly and helpful - Quite location - 5 min drive to all major shopping centres - Easy to find ( just off the main road ) Cons - Must have own car for best results - The room is very clean on the surface, but if you look closely you can find areas that need attention ( ie balcony where birds tend to sleep ) - no swimming pool Over all, I would be happy to stay there again Probably one of the best value for money hotel in town

The Zenith Residence is a new establishment, easily accessed just off of one of the main roads through town. The rooms are simple and bright with an interesting shower and toilet arrangement. Sleeping was no problem. We stayed just the one night and would return again for “just the one night”. To stay longer, however, would be tiring. The only soft place in the room is the bed. The seating is designer, wooden boxes which are OK when ‘working’ at a computer but NBG for relaxing on to read a book or watch the TV. Even the lobby lacks soft seating. Breakfast is simple and limited but does the job. No restaurant/bar facilities yet (Oct 2016) but appears to have an interesting development underway. Also has a large fitness centre facility associated with it.

I would recommend staying in this hotel only if you are looking for the best customer service in ALL of Asia. I could leave countless examples of my amazing experiences at this establishment, but no one wants to read an essay, so I will simply say Sineenat (Khun Up), the manager, will make your stay legendary. If I every have a reason to stay in this area again I WILL be staying at the Beverly Hills hotel. To the staff of the Beverly Hills, thank you very much for making me feel so welcome! Unique Features: Lake front property with a 2-mile (3.2 km) running track, next door to a temple, and close to the Royal Thai Air Force base if you are here for business (Ex: Cobra Gold).

Loved staying at the Korat hotel. A friend and I are cycling through Thailand and I have to say that without a doubt, this was the best hotel we've stayed in Thailand and we've stayed in several 5 star during our 3 month trip. This whole trip we've stayed in many hotels and every single one had a big problem with mosquitoes in the lobby and rooms. The Korat was the FIRST hotel in all of Thailand this trip that I saw absolutely zero mosquitoes in my room or in the lobby during dinner at the restaurant. So whatever they do differently from all the other hotels in Thailand should be patented. The room was nice, great shower, English channels on TV, and very comfortable bed; got great sleep there. I'd highly recommend this hotel!

Did a booking slightly less than 24hrs before our visit. Upon reaching, we were told that no records of our booking. Staff made serval calls and realize that rooms were over booked and they upgraded us to supreme room for free. Staffs were all welcoming and helpful, guiding us around korat. Shower water flow is good however should change shower head to different shower spray designs as existing is a traditional design.

Som O House hotel is everything as shown in the pictures. Nice new building with roomy, nice and clean rooms. A good bathroom with a separate shower, so the rest of the bathroom stays dry. WiFi works well and is quite fast. Breakfast is buffet style, catering somewhat more to the local clientele than westerners, but there is coffee, tea, juice, bread (white and whole wheat), butter and jam, fried eggs, salad. Staff was friendly, helpful and forthcoming all the time. I speak Thai, so I don't have any idea about the English skills of the staff, but in the room was quite a list of instructions, only in Thai, making it very difficult to understand. The surroundings of the hotel are quiet, but the let down for us was the sound proofing in the hotel itself. We had the bad luck, to have a child running around all night in one of the rooms above us, keeping my wife awake. The TV's are mounted onto the walls, which led to us being woken up at 6 in the morning by the TV from the room next to us and on the following night being kept awake till 1. Luckily the staff, when asked, did a much better job on asking our neighbor to reduce the volume than I did myself. All in all, a very nice hotel, but you have to be lucky with the person in the next room. Wiebe

I'm proud to say, I made the right choice. The location is very strategic as it is only less than a block from food street and other tourist areas like the monument, antique temple, train station, & bus terminal. The public van stop is just at the corner. New, Clean, and well maintain bathroom. Breakfast plate was delicious. I got soup with rice and sweet buns. My friend also got some choices for vegetarians. I guess, it's best one for backpackers. The staffs are very accommodating and helpful. All in all, we had a great time in Urban-Bamboo. Will definitely recommend it to friends and other travelers.

There's not much to be said about a venue in this price range: Clean enough, quiet enough, location is... well it's OK I guess, and so is the stuff. Here are two distinct features: -The restaurant is really good, and also cheap. Their Tom Kha Gai was the best I've tried in a while, and it was only 90 baht. -You can buy quality spirits (e.g. Hennessy, Chivas Regal) at reception, prices are similar to 7/11. Not sure that they are available at nighttime, but worth a try.

I enjoyed my stay here. Yes the room is tiny but it s functional, clean, comfortable and plenty for what is needed. Even the hotel does not provide a breakfast but there is a corner where u can grab some coffee or hot drink for free. Also, there are some cafe and restaurants nearby. With such comfortable room, free wifi, enough parking lot, this fulfilled my needs quite well.

Absolutely love the place , new and clean with modern minimal design — (bare wall / black metal with lots of glass windows). If you love black and white — this is it ! They also offer super king-sized bed which I loved — clean and comfort. black and white bathroom with white subway tiles — chic and simple. Super affordable place in a quiet neighborhood—it’s located further from the main road. Hence, limited parking spaces and not convenient for those who wants to go in and out from the hotel easily without cars. However, Grab is acailable there !

This is located in a quiet area of Karat, EXCEPT and no fault of their own they are building the new Central Plaza Mall next to it. But besides this, its a beautiful hotel, beautiful rooms for the price, the noise is not that loud and if you stay in the "n" building you cannot hear anything. The area has lots of place to eat from normal little cafes and Thai shops to nice little music bars as there is 2 Universities close by . Across the road is a BBQ seafood all you can eat and 150 meters down the road is a Steak House as well. Steaks for less than 100 baht. Bargain! Staff were amazing, as l had traveled during the day, l was concerned about staying in the "s" building close to the construction, l asked them to changed rooms, without any fuss, they moved me to the "n" building and upgraded me to a mini 1 bedroom suite. Amazing staff, lots more happened during my stay that showed me they care about their customers and their reputation. l will be back staying at this place soon, and once the new Plaza opens, it will be shopping heaven.

Simple place, no restaurant but breakfast ( Thai only) which was included was very nice with choice for hot dishes. Room was comfortable without frills. Lovely comfortable bed, softer than most Thai establishments which was definitely a bonus for me. Good quality bedlinen. Shower room on the small side but shower itself a good size, good water flow and hot enough. This place has no restaurant and the nearest really need a car to get to, though not far. Nightmarket same and very lively. Stayed twice for 1 night for stopover each time. Has carparking too. All rooms have a balcony, a bonus if you are a smoker as all rooms are non smoking. No lift that I saw to upper floors, if that's a problem ask for room on floor 1 which is the ground floor. Has wheelchair ramp that far. I will definitely book again next time I head through Nakon Ratchasima ( Korat). For food I recommend Sweet Garden, close to Big C and just a 5 minute drive. Asian/Western food, large menu, all delicious, desserts too. Pleasant cafe style ambience, good service. A cut above, price wise, but not outrageously so. But it closes around 7:30. Plenty of parking out front.

This is a very new hotel with modern furnishing. Location is okay and staff are friendly and accommodating. The one bedroom suite we had was value for money, as it is very roomy, and minibar/snacks were free! The less positive things about Win D are: the furniture, materials and workmanship are a bit on the cheap side; the bedroom in our suite has no door and the bathroom lacks privacy. All in all, a decent hotel.

As I expected the Airport Hotel did his work. They recieve us with us smile in the middle of the night, and everyday they make us feel like the best costumers. The last day we were quite lost about how to leave the city and one member of the staff took care of us and drove us to the Bus Station, she talked with the locals to be sure that we take the correct bus to Bangkok and all of this for free. Great experience at the Airport Hotel, I will return there for sure.

So there's not much to see in Khorat, but I came here to sort some US dollar before heading to Cambodia and to chill before heading to Phimai. The taxi from the bus station will charge you 80thb. The hotel is in a fine location. It's down a side street, quiet, clean. Little English but that's fine with us. The price is decent. It's cheaper on Agoda but the price in the hotel 450 is with basic thai breakfast. Street vendors on the main street. Laundry place etc. At night, if you come out of the hotel and turn left, the left at the corner and follow the road up for three blocks you'll come to the night market. Don't bother going to the bis station to get the bus to Pimai. Go out of the hotel to the main street and cross all the way over the river to the other side. Walk left to the Temple and wait for the 41 bus (50bht) It's a basic city with everything you may need to stock up on. Bangkok bank seems to be the best bet for US dollar (there are a few)

Slightly hidden this gem deserves a shot for anyone with a budget. Its located in quiet section of the town but close enough to the mall, food eateries, temples, historical sites and etc. It may not have a swimming pool but who needs one when you have the city for all it fun and activities. The rooms are clean and huge. Plenty of English tv channels and the owner is very hospitable

The room appeared new and clean, and was well - equipped with a very comfortable bed, fridge, desk, a sitting area, and even bedside lamps. There was a small balcony, where you could sit. The shower may have been one of the best, I have experienced in Thailand on this trip, at least - considering water - pressure and temperature. The room was cleaned every day, and the surroundings nice and quiet. The hotel is within walking distance of the YaMo monument and the more interesting temples; there are a number of bars, cafés, restaurants and supermarkets in the immediate vicinity, and the night market is very close as well. The staff is friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed our students VERY much... The hotel is highly recommended!!!!

Room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. The king bed was super comfortable and we really enjoyed the large TV in the rooms. The staff was extremely polite and always friendly. The manager was also very friendly, spoke excellent English and greeted me by my name. Breakfast was good but fresh brewed coffee would make it better (only instant coffee available). Location not ideal but if you have a car or motorbike, it's fine. Central Plaza is right down the street and Terminal 21 is a 10-minute drive. Be sure to try the restaurant across the street from the hotel. The food is excellent! Overall, I would recommend this hotel and I would stay here again. Only negative was being charged more for a room with a king bed as opposed to one with two twin beds when booking on Agoda. However, the next day, we checked out and later, my Thai girlfriend called to book one more night and we were charged the same rate for a room with a king bed.
