"We booked one night during the trip to Korat at this Romyen Garden Place Hotel. We never heard about the hotel but we made decision upon the review score. We booked a standard room with king size bed without breakfast for a night. The hotel is easy to find, located on the main road in city of Korat. Google map makes it easy to search the location. Lots of car parking spaces available, the guard was helpful with our parking at arrival during late night. Check in was fast and effiecient. Staff was friendly and helpful. We also received two complimentarycoupons for coffee at salad bar in the morning even we reserved room only basis. Room size is large and equipped with all amenities you need including slippers and complimentary tea/coffee. Full bathroom amenity and toiletries similar to what is offered in five star lodging. Room over all was aged but clean and quiet. Hotel ambience is quiet , not so crowded which is good for resting at night. The room has balcony with chairs for you to enjoy the view or smoke. Fridge was filled with minibar items , price was reasonable. Bedding quality was good and cleanse. We had coffee and some toast at at salad bar in the morning, the decoration was nice and creative, making you feel like sitting at the coffee shop outside lodging. Staff was friendly and humble. There s one Amazon coffee and Shanushi Japanese restaurant located at arcade front of hotel which is very nice, making us happy with our favorite coffee. Check out was fast , staff was knowledgeable to assist us with direction and attractions and activities in Korat. We left the hotel satisfactorily even for a night but we could feel this is a good choice for when you travel to Korat for short term and look for somewhere nice, clean, located close to all city major centers, attraction. We highly recommend this place and will book again. Tks"

"Off street car parking very handy. Check in easy and fast with Agoda voucher. Reception staff very pleasant. Stayed in room with king size bed on 4th floor. Elevator to all floors. Brand new hotel not yet 2 years old. Immaculate presentation and superb location. 15min walk either to Korat Station in one direction, or The Mall Shopping Centre in the other direction. Room was very big , bright and clean. Good size balcony looking down onto front carpark and Reception entrance. Bathroom well laid out with big basin and benchtop. Shower recess huge with nice black tiles and nil splash over onto bathroom floor. Room had house size fridge, microwave, coffee making facilities. Huge sliding wardrobe with full length mirror. King size bed was extremely comfortable, although some may find it a bit hard. Big LED TV with good program selection. The room felt more like an apartment than a hotel room. Breakfast selection was excellent, mainly Thai style, but Westerners will find plenty to satisfy their tastes. Food presentation was immaculate. Overall a superb hotel and incredible value for money. Could not fault this hotel. Have stayed in many Korat hotels, but Good Ever 9 is truly a gem. Will definately stay again when visiting Korat. Terrific value for money. It's actually a Condotel, meaning the apartments are privately owned and leased back to a hotel management company. Easily a 4 star hotel in my opinion."

"This Hotel is very acceptable. The staff are friendly and speak adequate English. The rooms are well presented though very similar in design and style as many Hotels in the price range. It is a shame that information in the room is lacking in everything except a detailed explanation of every possible item in the room and how much it will cost you if damaged or missing on check out. For the first time, I encountered a central control panel beside the bed that takes care of the air conditioning, the tv. But I didn't find out until I went to reception to ask why my TV didn't appear to be working. Power comes from a button on that Control panel and then the remote comes into use to switch on and select Channels etc. They could easily provide more useful information in the room about the hotel and its facilities. But this is a small gripe and I have no problem in recommending this as a nice place to stay and within 5 minutes walking distance to "Terminal 21". One of the best Malls in Thailand, I think."

"There's not much to be said about a venue in this price range: Clean enough, quiet enough, location is... well it's OK I guess, and so is the stuff. Here are two distinct features: -The restaurant is really good, and also cheap. Their Tom Kha Gai was the best I've tried in a while, and it was only 90 baht. -You can buy quality spirits (e.g. Hennessy, Chivas Regal) at reception, prices are similar to 7/11. Not sure that they are available at nighttime, but worth a try."

There ground are quiet and peaceful. They have a small shop that you get your snacks, drinks and even morning coffee. The grounds and the hotel is clean and not like what others describe as having insects scampering around. The owner and her husband are some of the nicest people you'll find on earth. Location wise its close to the railway station, food eateries, convenience stores and the mall is 10minutes walking. There is also a food bazaar just 5 minutes walking from the hotel."

"Our stay can be described in one word: great!! We stayed in a superior king room, so this review is based on that type of room The positive: Room is modern and spacious. Room is immaculately clean. Bathroom is excellent with good got water and excellent water pressure. Bed is big and comfortable. Staff here are excellent, friendly and speak English well (if you need that). Breakfast is good with good portions. Restaurant has excellent food and is good value for money. Quiet location and room - like pin drop quiet. The, well maybe could be improved upon: Only Thai tv channels. So if you're farang and care about that, now you know. A safe in room would be nice to have. For some, not me, the location could be a bit removed from Korat action, whatever that is. All in all, this is an excellent hotel in Korat. I don't think you could find better. Value for money, super clean and comfortable room, great bathroom, good food. I don't know how you can go wrong here. 10/10 would not hesitate to book again. "
