"I went with a family for X-Mas and didn't disappointed at all. Location is one of the best for us everywhere is with-in walking distance. There was a observation deck that you can get a best view of the Hong Kong Harbor. Room size is large compare to other hotel we used to stay in Kowloon. Only thing we can suggest is update the TV in guest rooms, CRT system is quite old and not up to this hotel standard. At first when we check-in room was quite old and have a smoke smell so we ask for a room change and the second room we stay was much nicer. Furniture should also be renovate in the near future. If rooms is aviable , should ask for the highest floor as you can.."
