"In overall it was a pleasant stay. I was with my 3 friends in Hong Kong. We were there for 6 days but only stayed in Ramada on the last night. Check in was easy however one of the room wasnt ready so we put all of our luggage in the 1st room first. It wasnt a big deal though. Rooms was clean, breakfast was simple but had all the necessaries. The best part was the location. Its near Tsim Sha Tsui MRT and also walking distance to attractions like Kowloon Mosque, The Avenue of Stars, Star Ferries and a few MTR stops to The Peak. I would consider staying there again when I return to Hong Kong and wanted to stay in the central area."

"We were a little concerned that this location might be hard to get to, having stayed in Hong Kong many times without ever having ventured into this area, but it turned out to be just up a small slope from Kimberley Road and right on Knutsford Terrace, an area with an amazing variety of restaurants. And of course, Kowloon Park, the Hong Kong science and history museums, and all of Tsim Sha Tsui are right there, too. Our room was very nice, clean and comfortable though without any terribly interesting view. I'm not sure why were given twin beds but perhaps I didn't pay enough attention when booking so we didn't complain.Wi-fi was available for free (with a login provided by the desk), along with the usual complimentary water, fruit, and chocolates. All in all a happy discovery that we got at a good price (HKD1250) by booking early."

"This location was exactly what you'd expect out of a BW Hotel in Hong Kong: great facilities, extremely helpful staff, a very comfortable room with a very functional design. Your options for shopping and eating in Tsim Tsa Shui are unlimited, as either direction you step from one of the exits will lead you to tantalizing choices. It's for that reason we declined to take the normally-reliable BW breakfast. The only possible gripe would have to be that the nearest subway station entrance is a good fifteen minutes' walk."

"hotel in the heart of tsim sha tsui. if you want to maximize your stay in hong kong then this is the hotel for you. last minute booking afforded a reasonable price with agoda. the rooms are small but bathrooms are modern and shower was great. close to nathan road which is main road in kowloon side of hong kong. the mtr station is 3 blocks away or a nice 10 minute easy walk or if you walk fast like i do, 5 minutes tops. buffet breakfast at 100 hkg dollars or about $13 usd is an ok spread with the usual american bfast/ chinese congee, rice, noodles, salad, fruits, bread, rolls. the staff was attentive to hotel guests needs. there is a manager that stands beside the elevator near the front desk that always helps guests in operating the elevator. hotel maids greets you good morning- which is a surprise since i often go to hk and maids usually just pass you by. pleasant stay- overall."

"L'etoile de Mer is probably one of the more "high-tech" boutique hostels to be joining the hostel scene in Hong Kong. Check-in is done in on a self-service machine much like the self check-in kiosks at the airport and you shouldn't have much problems as long as you follow the posted instructions. FACILITIES: The capsules are quite spacious and comfortable. Strong sense of privacy and security since the keycard is needed to open the capsule from outside. Common areas and bathrooms were very clean. Loved the free toiletries provided. WHAT COULD BE BETTER: I only stayed one night but I found an ant crawling on the bed in the evening and killed four more the next morning. This was the only downside throughout my stay but it'll spiral into a larger problem if not addressed by management soon. TIP: Only one locker (fits one medium-large bag) assigned to each guest. After check-out, you can set your bag in the open area but the lockers will need to be made available for guests checking-in."

"Butterfly on Prat was amazing. It was easy to get to, close to a lot of stores, restaurants, and places to see, and the staff was superb - friendly and efficient! We were a family of 5 (with 3 adult children), and the 2 rooms we got was kinda small for the us kids. Too bad all the twin bed rooms were fully booked, that would've been better. But that one little discomfort aside, we had a nice stay here. The internet connection was free and fast! I could not have asked for a better option. They also provide free printing services, for those of you who need your boarding passes printed after an online check-in for your flight. How to get there (the fastest way): - Take the Airport Express, and get down at Kowloon Station. - Take the free Airport Shuttle, and get down at Park Hotel (2nd stop). Butterfly on Prat will be on Prat Ave., just a block away and a short walk from Park Hotel. How to get back to the airport the fastest way: - Go back to the bus stop in front of Park Hotel on Cameron Rd., and wait for the Airport Shuttle bus - Get off at Kowloon Station - Take the Airport Express back to the airport Places to see around Butterfly on Prat: - Wah Kee Snacks (corner of Prat Ave. and Hart Ave.): delicious street food! Try the lobster & chicken balls with curry sauce. - 7 Eleven and Circle K are near - Hanjyuku Kobo (Cameron Rd. near Tsim Sha Tsui MTR B2 exit): BEST. CHEESE TARTS. EVER. - Cotton On/Typo, Nike, Lush stores on Granville Rd Tsim Sha Tsui MTR Station is of walking distance from Butterfly, and you get to see different stores too on the way. From there, lots of places are accessible by train. Do check out the Apliu Street Flea Market (get off at Sham Shui Po station) for gadgets & electrical things; Fa Yuen Sneaker Street (get off at Mongkok station) for LOTS of sneakers. There are lots of museums too, near at Butterfly on Prat: Hong Kong Museum of History, Hong Kong Science Museum, Hong Kong Space Museum, and Hong Kong Museum of Art (which was u"

"Pros: - apathetically pleasing - building itself, lobby and room design - non-smoking property (double thumbs up) - spacious room - unblocked view (if facing Austin Park) - fantastic bathroom design with fantastic water pressure and temperature - functional toiletries and appliances provided in the room - so logical to have a cafe right in the lobby. Serves great latte and reasonably priced too - two choices of supermarket available (one to the left and one across the street to the right) - close distance via taxi from Kowloon Airport Express station - less than HKD50 (based on 1 luggage); Cons: - not for visitors who are first timer to HK as the walking distance to either Jordan MTR station or Tsim Sha Tsui (TST) station is that straightforward - May not be easy to flag down taxi at peak hrs. Slightly stressful when hopping off cab when arr w luggage Verdict-Will stay again for sure even though am more of a Hong Kong islander! Thank you for an awesome stay "

"This is the second time I stayed in Regal Kowloon Hotel. I find it very comfortable and peaceful. Although it is located in the busy Tsim Sha Tsui (East), it is a distant from the busy and crowded roads/streets such as Nathan Road. The hotel is within walking distance to all tourist spots in Kowloon such as Tsim Sha Tsui East Promenade, Avenue of the Stars, Hong Kong Museum of Art, Hong Kong Space Space Museum & Theatre, Clock Tower, etc. The hotel is also near to the MTR. This makes it easy to move around in Hong Kong. One comment is that the Hotel should give free wifi to rooms instead of free wifi at the hotel lobby only. Otherwise it is a very good hotel. "
