I am a business traveler who's usually travel around with a young child. I have been stayed in three hotels in different countries this month. This IHG hotel impressed me and exceeded expectations! Although the price was a bit high as I booked it just 1 week earlier, it worths the price. The room size was reasonable, I had everything I needed. Love their Dove series hand soap, body wash and shampoo! I write this review mainly due to the outstanding performances of their amazing staffs! All staffs were very nice, helpful and with a big smile, especially the cleaning lady Mei Mei greeted to us every single morning with a big friendly smile. She was also very attentive to details. I appreciated she kept our room so clean! The location is very convenient, which's just next to Orchard Road Apple Store. It's a comfortable stay. Good food around, easy transportation, sleeping well, nice staffs, and well equipped hardwares.

The location is excellent if you want to be near Orchard Road and its malls. It's quite near the stations too. The staff are great -- they were quick in the check in process and when we needed extra towels, they were able to give them within minutes. The breakfast was pretty good but I hoped there were more choices of dishes. Overall, the room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. I was with my senior citizen parents so even if the price is quite high, I think choosing Holiday Inn Express Orchard Road was still a good choice with its convenient location and great service.

Situated a block (behind Apple Store) from the main road, just nice for the peacefulness and quietness to avoid the pedestrian and heavy traffic on Orchard Road. Short walking distance to Ngee Ann City / Takashimaya & other shopping centre, restaurants, food courts & MRT Station. Room is comfortable, clean and well maintained everyday. Breakfast is okay though sitting area can be crowded on weekends. Will stay again if pass by Singapore.

My stay at Holiday Inn Express was excellent. The staff were very nice and friendly, always welcoming and ready to help with a smile. The hotel itself was well-maintained, with clean rooms and spotless common areas, which made for a very comfortable stay. The location in Orchard is perfect, making it easy to explore the city, shop, and dine right nearby. Breakfast was another highlight, with a great selection of food to start the day off right. Overall, Holiday Inn Express Orchard is a convenient, clean, and friendly place to stay. Highly recommended!
