“Is it possible to line up with compliments?”
1. Accessibility is a bit lacking. However, there is a shuttle bus to downtown Da Nang (Grand Brio City), Hoi An, and Lotte Mart. It seems that you can make a reservation by inquiring a day to a few hours in advance. It is possible to order delivery through the Grab or Baedal K app, but it takes a little longer (about 30 minutes for delivery), and I received it at the lobby. (I heard delivery to the room is not possible, but I don't know how others experienced it.) Nevertheless, it is quiet, spacious, and private, so I am 200% satisfied. 2. I stayed in a pool villa, and since it was quite a distance from the lobby, I frequently used the buggy car. I used it a lot at first, fearing I would get lost, but it was really nice that I could call the number 0 to use it even at late hours. I highly recommend it for family travelers with elderly members. After using it a few times, I became familiar with the path and didn't use it as much later on, but it was really convenient during that time. 3. It was really nice that I could choose from various breakfast options. There are three types: Asian-style buffet, Japanese-style set meal, and breakfast at Coconut Beach. I read reviews that there are many bugs at Coconut Beach, so I only ate at the other two places. It seemed like the Asian buffet changed a little each day, and everything was delicious and neat without any disappointment. There were reviews saying the Japanese set meal had small portions, but I thought it was fine. Since it was served as a set, I couldn't have more of the dishes I wanted, but I think the portion was sufficient, including the hot pot and fried items. Of course, the taste was also clean. 4. The service is really top-notch. Every day during breakfast, they would come to ask about the room condition or how my travel plans for the day were going. (I don't know how other guests experienced it.) It was great that I could ask questions right then and there if something came up. There was a time when a lizard entered my room and I asked for help, and they sprayed pest control in various places and reassured me several times that it wasn’t a dangerous animal, so I shouldn’t be scared. If I requested room cleaning, they would do it immediately, and it seemed like they did it even without being asked. After cleaning, it seemed like they always prepared welcome fruit or welcome snacks, and when returning from an outing, the room was always neat and perfect like I had checked in. 5. There are so many amenities to enjoy like the gym, full-body massage, various pools, free ao dai rental service, a place to do laundry, and a Japanese-style sauna, as well as basketball courts scattered throughout. Even if you choose to stay at the resort all day without going out, there are so many things to do that time might not be enough. Of course, there are paid services available, but the facilities are perfect enough that it doesn’t feel like a waste of money. 6. All staff members greet you with a 'Xin chào' first. Even the cleaning staff or lifeguards who are not in the lobby cheerfully greet you, and they help you carry large luggage like suitcases when you are moving around. I have many more reviews I would like to write... Of course, there are many such accommodations in the country, but receiving this kind of hospitality and kindness in a foreign place where communication is difficult makes me feel unexpectedly friendly and comfortable. I highly recommend it. My whole family was satisfied with the accommodation.
