The staffs are nice and approachable. Stayed from Oct 24-26 and due to typhoon kristine we had a problem in our room 6th floor (twin bed) the same night. There was a leak in the wall so they transferred us to another room 10th floor(queen bed). We encounter a problem that most outlets are not working and phone also doesn't work for front desk service so we request another room in our 2nd night (we want twin bed). Moved to another room and 12th floor seems good however the aircon was clog and there was a water leak. Staff was fast to take action and clean the wet floor. Had a room adventure in each 3 floors. 😂 Place is nice since accessible to all establishments. Also near SM NORTH walking distance. Lastly, I was able to work with there wifi internet smoothly they also have working table station (I just hope chairs have back support). Plus points car parking available!

I like the simplicity and comfort the hotel have. At its price you get your basic needs for the stay and the room is clean and tidy. Only complaint is the lack of some basic amenities like toiletries and slippers. The heater box seem to be broken but at least the water is warm. I suggest to fix and provide these basic needs. Overall, enjoyed the stay and would book again if ever I need to go back for a vacation nearby. Thak you.

They accommodated my request for a high room (12th) and furthest from the elevator (the traffic noise can still be heard slightly). The noise from the comings/goings of guests and closing/opening of doors are magnified; it doesn't help that the walls in between are made of wood and composites. Some areas (part of floor tiles, bathroom wall, toilet wall) have difficult to remove mildews but not too apparent. Sheets, beds, pillows are clean and comfortable. 2 towels and 1 floor mat were frayed and thin. They only did 1 room make up for the 4 nights I stayed there, and only after I requested it. Cable tv has several channels, aircon was adequate, separate T&B, narrow and a tight squeeze to use. Reception is at 2nd floor, with 24 hours snack and toiletries bar, and a comfy and wide waiting area with sofas and lounge chairs. Water dispenser on each floor was a nice touch. Can't go up to rooms after the 2nd floor without a room card because card needed for elevator access. Just in front of SM City, but no direct access, quite a bit of a walk (~10 minutes) so it would be bothersome if the sun is out or if it is raining.

We booked in this hotel because my husband needs to process something in manila. Pros - In front of sm North, near to trinoma, savemore and 7-11 - Bed is clean but it would be better kung mabango para relaxing ang feeling - They have 2 separate bathrooms 1 for toilet 1 for shower - They have a working station, with pull out table and chair - A place with hanger where you can hang your clothes - Window with the city view, sm north and edsa - Tv with cable better if netflix and youtube - They have whole body mirror and i love it - Their split type aircon is cold - I thought they don’t have hot water in shower but when i called the reception they immediately assist us and turned it on. - They have water dispenser in front of our room and we can get water there for free - The bathroom at the reception is clean Cons - Parking is small it’s a valet type and it’s hard to park your car. Masikip - No smell not mabango not mabaho - You have to pay 55.00 for dental kit and disposable slippers. - Bathroom is not that clean, kinda old na i hope they renovate it We might still book in this hotel if we need to do something in manila. i’ll give this hotel 8/10
