    “Decent stay for the price”

    I booked this room on the spot, as I was unsure whether or not my flight would push through. It was slightly difficult to communicate with the owner as 1) I found she was quite rude over the phone, and 2) she had mixed up two bookings (almost giving me the wrong address) because we had the same first name. Had to wait for about half an hour for the key to be delivered. That said, the room was large and comfortable enough for a night's stay for up to 4 people. It was clean, but smelled a bit old. Bathroom probably needs more maintenance. Air conditioning was nice and cold. The television screen was discolored on one side. Also, there was very weak mobile signal in the lobby, but it was fine in the room itself. The location is great though, because it's a ten-minute walk away from the Newport mall, and even less for some of the other hotels and establishments around. There are also a lot of nearby restaurants and convenience stores, too. Overall, an okay experience for a good price.

    “Great stay for early flight, but...”

    If you have early flight that is departing from terminal 3, this is perfect location. you have less then 10 min walk to airport, there is a footbridge that goes across the road. On the other side, I would not recommend to stay here for anything else then that. Place is dirty, not cleaned on regular basis, bed sheets haven't been changed, I had to take shower in the morning because I felt dirty after sleeping in that bed. other then that, place is great, but please invest more into cleanliness, you can't run this and don't care about it

    i took a friend who has never stayed at a hotel in her 56 years,on arrival at the front desk the person was trying to talk to 3 people at once, on entering the room the front inside light didn't work the fridge didn't work,the shower tap needed attention,on leaving we had to wake the person at the front desk up

    “Basic is a compliment ”

    Basic is a compliment, no one to greet us or tell us where we are going, bugs everywhere within the room and no toilet paper and the door handle to the balcony was broken And then we get a young lady asking us when we are going to leave, and by the sounds of her voice she wanted us to leave then and there even though it was early morning
