“Was not able to stay due to owners fault but did NOT refund money”
We booked our stay last January 14 the same day 10AM local time and arrived at 6PM local time. When we got to the house, the owner aid shehas no knowledge of our booking. She said that someone was doing the bookings for and did NOT inform her of our thats why she is not ready. We tried to call and text many times before we got there since it was a 6 hr drive from baguio to sagada but did not answer at all. The owner said that the lady who was doing the booking has a catering business and probably was too busy. I understand that it wasn’t the house owners fault but we were so tired from the heavy zigzag drive and no place to stay. I was very upset but thank God we were able to book to another hotel for the next 2 nights even the last minute. That was no the only problem, when I filed for a refund, the person who books the hotel denied my request for a refund! It March now and I requested for refund again but Agoda said they were not responding. It’s just very wrong that they did and what they’re still doing to us. It’s just not right.
