“I demand refund amounting to 2,788 bcoz we are refused to check-in on the property bcoz the give it ”
They give it our paid reservation to other guest. I tried to communicate with the owner and required to refund my paid amount of 2788 until now didn’t received any response. I am calling Agoda to do action on this for this experience is very disappointing. I urge to return refund my payment of 2,788 immediately.

“No communication ”
When we got there from the very long flight my name was not on the list, I print my confirmation but didn't check that there is no phone number and contact name that I can talk to, the security guard can't do anything because I'm not on the guest list so we have to find a hotel for 5 people so we can relax for our next day flight to Cebu. What a mess and I will not recommend or book again in any condo in the Philippines.
