"We visited Fusion Suite during the last week of 2020 all the hotel staff made our stay exceptional, from the parking staff, reception, restaurant manager and his staff, and especially Ray, general manager. This was our first time at Vung Tau and they helped us a lot to enjoy every moment! We had a great time in Vung Tau staying at the hotel, they even helped us rent a scooter to explore the city. The staff were always warm and friendly, always making sure we had what we needed to have a nice time at the hotel. We hadn't planned on ringing in the new year at Vung Tau, but we enjoyed our stay so much that my husband and I stayed a little longer to enjoy New Years Eve with the gala buffet and countdown party on the 20th floor where there is the spectacular infinity pool. "At 180.000D, it was a very expensive hostel. I was certain that the quoted price was half that rate, but Agoda seems to have changed it when I booked, otherwise I could have a double room elsewhere for the price that I paid for a dorm. Popular with the Vietnamese, who all got up at 5.30am and caused a huge amount of noise, waking up the whole hostel. The hostel itself is quite nice, and the set-up of the bunks is quite clever. "

"Strongly recommended hotel in Vung Tau with professional staff and high standard facilities. Breakfast buffet was also great. Location was near the beach, just a few minutes on foot, and easy to go to the center of the city. Just minor point about the sound proof and my room was next to the elevator which caused much noise during Saturday. Plus point that I received a slice of cake and a drink on the check-out date which was also my birthday."

"The Cao hotel was beautiful and clean but still needs a bit more flare in the lobby area. It's still very new and needs a bit of a womans touch...The rooms were perfect as was the views of the beach. The free mini bar of drinks and chips each day. The breakfast was great with a large variety of food. The staff were great. But the most beautiful was Linh from the front desk Manager. She was friendly, helpful and very kind and honest. Linh always did what ever she could to make us feel so welcomed from the time we first walked into the Cao Hotel until we left 3 days later. Even the 1st day I was there I was looking at the Agoda site on my mobile when I pushed one of the buttons on the phone and I accidentally booked a room in the Cao Hotel for a night, we were not even going to be in Vung Tau at that date, as soon as I realized what I had done I tried to cancel it, but it was a non cancellation booking/no refund. I contacted Linh or Lucy as she is called. (I think because she looks like Lucy Lu the actress 😍) and she went out of her way to make sure we got a full refund, when some other person did not want to (not from Cao Hotel.) But she would also make time to sit done with you to have a friendly chat. She was Beautiful too. 😉"
