The place is about 10 mins walk from Taitung Train Staion. Considering the inexpensive rate and clean environment, it's worth the price. High recommend if you are traveling on tight budget.
you don't really care that there is only a mixed dormitory. It means that both male and female travelers stay at the same room. I though it could be weird but not painful. The only minus is (honestly this is not Warehouse's fault) that the downtown Taitung is too far away from the station.
The hostel is very clean and tidy. Stayed for two nights and feel like home. I was the only person in the hostel for the two nights but the staff is still very helpful even I reach the hostel quite late.

The facility and staff service quality is far better than most 5-star hotels in taiwan. The most unforgettable moment is enabling us to see beautiful landscapes, enjoy transquil time with family member away from urban life. By far the nicest people I've met in Taiwan were in Taitung! Everyone was so helpful and friendly; even a lack of Chinese won't prevent you from getting any kind of assistance from generous residents! So much calmer and more relaxed than Taipei.
Most attractions are along the highway 11 stretch of ocean, most notably sanxiantai and baxian cave. However, it is recommended that travellers book a cab or rent a car as the public transport is very limited and waiting time is too long.
Taitung is a place for enjoying nature. Definitely not the place to visit for those looking for shopping, restaurants and entertainment.
