Great place to stay while traveling”
First of all, the room was spacious and the bathroom was spacious too, but there was no bathtub. The window was big and the view was good because it was on a high floor. We checked in at 2 o'clock, but we had to wait for about 20 minutes because the cleaning was not done properly. The foreigner next to us was annoyed. The TV and air conditioner batteries were dead in the room. There were room slippers and a gown, which was impressive because they are not common in the Philippines. The TV had a good picture quality and it was impressive. The water pressure was a bit weak. There were 3 elevators for 32 floors, so it was inconvenient. The elevators were not enough for the business, 32nd floor bar customers, and guests, and the room was on the 27th floor, so it was not very convenient. In the evening, you have to wait for the bar and it is difficult to go down the elevator because there are many people. The swimming pool is not big and there are not many sunbeds. There is not enough space... Even when we went, foreigners gave up their seats. By the evening, it was full of children and we didn't even dare to go in. Even though the noise was so loud, there was no restriction on playing. The bar is cheap and has a good view, so alcohol goes down well. Orders are taken quickly and requests are well fulfilled. There was music playing on the rooftop or the adjacent building, so there was a thumping noise until 2 am. However, maybe because I stayed at the worst hotel before, the room was comfortable, the housekeeping was good, and there were no bugs, so it was good. The refrigerator performance was a bit lacking. Haha.

The hotel has a great location for everything in the city. Very nice and clean and professional friendly staff. Honestly can’t find anything wrong with our stay. We used the roof top pool which was great and unreal views. We used the gym and spa as well. Plenty decent gym for a vacation spot. Spa was open 24 hours if they came to your room I believe. Did not use the restaurant or breakfast buffet so can’t comment on the food but I’m assuming quite good Would certainly stay here again!

We celebrated our wedding anniversary here and the staff were very accommodating and approachable. Our room was VERY much spacious and looks as advertised. We booked the 1 King Deluxe room with city view and our child enjoyed walking around and always stayed by the big windows for its view. The bed was spacious and the room was clean. The cabinet is also spacious and equipped with hangers, iron and a safe. The bathroom is also big and had a full sized tub. Heater was working. There were complementary bottled waters, coffee and tea. Also has tablewares like plates and utensils. The food we ordered in the room was delicious! The pool was outstanding! The view was breathtaking. It had pool for kids and adults including a jacuzzi! Good food and ambiance for the restaurant. We weren’t able to try the bar sadly. The hotel location was great as there are several establishments within the area. There’s a brochure in the room that lets you know what are in the area if you want to go out. Overall, this was a great experience. Would definitely recommend this to friends and family.

We stayed there during a weekend when there was a typhoon so, the rooftop bar and the pool were closed during the entire stay. The rooftop bar and the pool were the main factor why we booked the hotel but sadly we werent able to experience them. The rooms were crystal sparkling clean however, the towels, slippers, and toiletries that the hotel provided in our room were for 2 adult pax only despite the fact that we booked the room for 3 adults. The staff were very prompt and helpful. I just had a complaint to the reception lady who processed my check-in. I disclosed during the check-in that I have another booking for the next night but under a different name, my sister name. Basically, we extended our stay for 1 more night. She asked me about the details of the extension booking and I asked her to tag my booking as extended already as I don't want to go over the check-in process again in the next say for convenience. She said alright and proceeded. She then gave me the key cards and I went up to the room. One key card is not functioning at the door the other key card is working. Went down to the reception to have it fixed and it got fixed. Next day, we went out for family activities nearby and went back to the hotel at 5pm to change clothes as we have another family event to attend. key cards are no longer functioning. Went down to the reception to ask why. The new receptionist told me our stay was not tagged as extended so we have to go through another check-in and enabling the key cards. The bfast buffet was sumptuous and quite small array of options compared to other hotels within the price range. Overall, I will still opt to book another stay here because of its people and location.
