So many positives - staff were very courteous - location right in front of mega mall and my workplace and other shops - I got one of the highest floors as requested - thank you - I felt it was good value for the location and services - Shower temp and pressure was very good. - room itself was large and comfortable - good for a one nighter stay now the negatives.. - check out was told to me at least 5-10 mins, as they check my room at 1am, really what is your cleaner doing at that time, go there and check because I had a Grab waiting for me outside with the meter running - geez - The pool wasn't that great, outdated, very dark - needs more light. - my AC was so noisy - OMG but its noise over I drown in my own sweat that night. So I chose Noise. - Also the AC wasn't very cooling - more like a fan.And the vents didn't stay up, they flopped and are broken. - Bed was way too soft - Towel was way too thin and small and old - needs replacements - A bit outdated but again the price justified it, it wasn't filthy or unbearable. It will annoy you if you like super modern and things 100% working in a hotel. Overall I would stay again if the price was low as I paid for it and hopefully a quieter AC this time. TY
Clean and hygienic environment”
The front desk reception was very good and polite. They allowed me to check in early. The overall room environment was good, but when I opened the curtains, I could only see the building opposite and all the scenery was blocked. The gym staff were polite and although there were not many equipment, the basic ones were available. The shower water temperature was fine. Overall, the room was good! I didn't go to the swimming pool, but I hope to try it next time. If you are a smoker, I do not recommend it as there is no smoking area 😂
Strategically located and reasonably priced”
My friend stayed at BSA Towers previously and suggested that we stay there because of the reason why we’re in the area. However, she told me that her room was quite basic as expected of a 3 star hotel so I’m not really expecting anything special. I booked the studio deluxe with twin beds and I’m really pleased with the allocation. Wonderful view of Ortigas Centre and EDSA. Room is well laid out, plenty of wardrobe space and shelves. There’s a fridge, kettle, microwave , cooker., plates, cups and saucers , also cutleries. The fridge came in handy for water (they provide 2 bottles of water everyday) and other fridgeable items. We didn’t used the cooker because there’s no need to cook . The hotel is just across Megamall Building A supermarket so you can buy food stuff and other supplies. Also, plenty of food kiosks and restaurants in Megamall, so mealtime is not a problem. There’s a 7 Eleven just outside the main entrance of Tower B . This hotel is strategically located if you want to go around Metro Manila because of all the public transport available around it. If you want high end malls there’s the Shangrila Plaza and the Podium. The reason of our stay is because my son had laser eye surgery in AEC which is in The Podium and it’s more convenient, cheaper and less stressful than going home to Laguna and coming back for his 24 hrs post surgery checkup and then the 1 week follow up. We stayed 10 nights. They have a well designed Lagoon swimming pool for a nice dip and for those who wants swimming laps there’s the rectangular wave pool . I used both almost everyday. Both are clean and well maintained. The interior of the room needs refurbishment. The corridors and the lift area need to be brightened up and redesigned. It feels claustrophobic and sad. Maybe a brighter glossier paint than the beige they have? The garden on the 9th floor is being used as a storage area so it’s a disappointment. Staff are wonderful, friendly, polite, respectful and helpful. The only thing that dampened our stay is the cockroach problem in the bathroom. I think there’s some in the actual room too but I haven’t seen any but my son got some insect bites . Over all we had a very good stay. I would recommend staying here for it’s location and price. Our whole stay cost the same as 1 night stay in the 2 nearby 5 star hotels . We would definitely stay again.

I'll definitely stay here again in future. 3minutes walking distance to SM Megamall just across the street. Attended Hoyofest2024 here with my friends. The lobby staff is very helpful and polite. The room service staff is friendly and punctual to clean my room and refill toiletries and coffees. Room have big refrigerator and a microwave can reheat my favourite Jollibee and my friend's mum home cooked lugaw~ hehe. Hairdryer available, strong hot shower which is awsome. The bed and pillows are very soft and comfy I love it. This room is similar to an apartment with electric stove, water kettles and also a set of plates with cutlery are available with a kitchen sink at the side. They also provided big safe deposit locker can fit my DSLR and other valuables inside. View is spectacular!! Love the view. The downside of this room is there's no Netflix only local channels. And sometimes there's few cockroaches appeared overnight, fortunately I'm not scared of them but my friends are :> . Nevertheless, My friends love this hotel as well and told me to stay here again whenever I visited Philippines which I will~
Cleanliness can be improved. ”
I chose to stay because of the location because I had to go to Megamall most of the time due to an event and it is the cheapest hotel with decent reviews. The building itself is not well maintained but all elevators seem functional. The rooms itself are large with necessary appliances such as TV, microwave, normal size refrigerator and they even have a stove and a dining area as well as walk - in closet. Unfortunately, I saw a tiny cockroach inside our room and worse, it was crawling on my bed. I did inform it at the maintenance staff and was told that they will apply pesticide. Unfortunately on the second night, I saw a slightly bigger cockroach crawling on the floor going to the other bed. Overall, the place is good location wise including the size of the rooms. I just hope that they create a solution to the roaches roaming around the rooms as the room itself really looks clean and tidy. I had no complaints about the sheets nor the bathroom's cleanliness. I do think that it might also have to do with the fact that the whole building is a condotel I think which means there are actual residents within the building that might be causing the infestation. Regardless, it should still be the building's responsibility to make sure that the hotel rooms that they provide will not have those roaches from the other units. Maybe have specific floors that cater to only hotel rooms coz our room have 2 residential units adjacent to our room because I saw billing statements under the doors of those units. I would still check-in at the hotel if I do need to go to Megamall again, otherwise if you're goal is to just be able to stay within Ortigas Center, I suggest trying other hotels within the same price range but the rooms might be smaller and with fewer appliances. Overall, good hotel.
