Additionally even I pointed out they mistakenly entered my last name, they proceeded with the check-in process using the incorrect name, this lack of attention to detail was quite disheartening. During check-out, I encountered further disappointment with the front desk staff who appeared impatient and didn't even offer paper invoice which is something I have come to expect from most 5-star hotels. Despite these setback, there are positive aspects of the hotel. The rooms were indeed comfortable and welly sound proved, the concierge is very helpful. However I must say with this price range, I expected a better and painless experience.
