The rooms are clean, the buffet breakfast has a good variety and the chef is always there, there is a pool, and we can see the ocean from the veranda, so if we stay here, we are guaranteed a comfortable stay. Another important point is that the restaurant's terrace seats are open, so it's nice to be able to take a break here. The service that I feel happy was the free airport transfer on the way back, and the help with purchasing tickets and arranging taxis to go to Sun World (Ropeway) and Vinpearl Safari. Instead of negotiating directly with taxi drivers, if we go through the hotel, we can be assured that they will introduce us to a sincere driver with a fair price. The neighboring Night Sea Hotel seems to be of the same line, similar type, and in the same price range. For reference, a medium-sized supermarket with various daily necessities and food items is a 4-minutes walk, and although the direct distance to the beach is short, a detour is required due to the nature of the private land, so it is 5 minutes walk. The laundry is next to the Night Sea Hotel. There is also a massage shop, and we can find many restaurants on the way to the supermarket. The resort atmosphere and location were neither good nor bad, but I had no complaints about the other points and it was very comfortable.

It was amazing to stay in Aquasun hotel.we booked it through Agoda and got it in good value of money. Very clean and staff are awesome. I got free airport transfer as complimentary gift. Breakfast is good and they will accomodate your request for Vegetarian food. Spacious room with Swimming pool.my kid enjoyed a lot. Would love to come again.
Hotel has good breakfast. Room is good and clean. Located near King Kong market and many restaurants. Does not have private beach. Has to walk through residential to get to the beach which isn’t that clean. However, can take grab or taxi to nicer beach in the south of the island. We hired a private driver Thái who was very nice and courteous who gave us a private tour of the island from morning to night. He took us to see durian farm, places to shop, etc. Thái’s phone number is 0838349766 . His car can accommodate group of 4 or 5 and he’s extremely accommodating! Highly recommend.
The hotel is what I would is ALMOST nice. The bathroom super beautiful, newly renovated, the bedrooms old school etc. cleanliness was relatively fine. Hallway beautiful, rooftop pool- great view, weird mural next to it lol. My biggest complaint was we actively had cigarette smoke through the air conditioning vents two nights in a row and a bung sensor light in the hallway which would randomly turn itself on even though there was no movement. I put in a complaint and the maintenance guy just said he couldn’t smell it even though it was actively strong cigarette smells both my partner and I could smell. My inkling is that the connecting room had guests who were smoking and it was pouring into our room. Which isn’t the hotel staff’s fault, but it wasn’t professionally handled and they didn’t do anything around getting us into another room. I’m asthmatic, but again the rooms are meant to be non-smoking and the maintenance said they couldn’t smell anything. So I spent 2 of the nights sleeping with a towel over my face under the quilt which wasn’t great and the staff didn’t really apologise either. It was an extremely frustrating interaction with the hotel staff and for that reason I would not return to this hotel nor would I recommend it.

“Good hotel with value of Money”
Aquasun is very good hotel.please book it with Breakfast option.they have good variety of breakfast. Rooms are spacious, near and gets cleaned on daily basis. Only thing which needs improvement is water. Hotel does not give drinking water. They must keep an RO system in Hotel,where Travellers can take drinking water in their bottle and a bucket in washroom. Still, I would recommend as One of the best hotel to stay.will love to stay again.
