The location of the hotel is also great, with The Mall Korat and the railway station being nearby. Not to mention, the hotel offers great value for money!

What I like the most is the breakfast; there is a variety of options. I love the Chinese donut, soy milk, and steamed egg with okonomiyaki; it's very delicious. 4. The breakfast room opens at 6:00 AM, and everything is ready; the staff is also ready to serve. Disadvantages 1. The Wi-Fi is not very stable and disconnects often. 2. In the morning during check-out, the housekeeping staff took a long time to check the room. Customers had to wait around 10-15 minutes for the housekeeping staff to call back to inform the front desk. I would suggest that during peak check-out times, the hotel should prepare more housekeeping staff, as customers end up wasting time waiting, and I noticed some foreign customers looking anxious as they needed to rush to work.
Overall, good. New location, city center, close to shopping malls, and near restaurants. There are areas that need improvement, particularly in management. For example, check-in was delayed, and I had to wait for a room. It was not in accordance with what was stated, that check-in could be done from 14:00 onwards. When I inquired about the reason for the delay in getting the room, the staff informed me that the previous customer had a late check-out. The customers waiting for the room should not be held responsible for this delay in receiving their room. The staff also mentioned that the stated time of 14:00 means that check-in can begin then, but it does not guarantee that the room will be available at that time. When looking at it realistically, the management should ensure that rooms are ready within the specified time. If they are not, the explanation given to customers should be different and not simply because of the impact from the previous guest. Furthermore, if the room is not available by 14:00 and is only ready by 16:00, the time for the stay decreases while the check-out time remains the same. Even though they offered that another room that was already booked could be made available for all guests to rest in first, in reality, we booked 2 rooms to match the number of people traveling, not just one room to cram everyone in together. Additionally, in the dining area, there were not enough tables because the staff did not clear or clean tables. New customers kept coming in, but the tables still had dishes and leftover food from previous customers, resulting in wasted table space instead of being able to rotate tables for use. The staff in the dining area noticed that the tables were still not cleared but continued to walk around. Customers had to inform them that there were no tables available before they would clear them. Given this, I believe there needs to be adjustments in management. The hotel location itself is already good; if management is improved, it would be much better.
"The room was clean, as described, and comfortable." If I come to Korat, I will stay here almost every time. The room is big, clean, smells good, not musty. The bed and pillows are comfortable to sleep on. The air conditioner is very cold. There is an elevator. The room is quiet, but it can be loud sometimes if the door next to the room closes loudly. The front desk staff provides good service, speaks politely, smiles and is willing to serve customers. The hotel has many parking spaces, is spacious, and has a security guard on duty 24 hours. The location is convenient. You can travel to Korat city in many ways and go to many restaurants in the city. Overall - Fast check-in, there are recommendations and information for the hotel - Big, clean, as advertised, and beautiful rooms - Good service staff, free parking - Convenient location - Inexpensive If you get an Agoda code, it will be very worth it.

Parking is hassle-free and easily accessible, providing great convenience for guests who have their own vehicles. The overall cleanliness of the property is impressive, with all areas well-kept. Both the gym and swimming pool are meticulously maintained, offering a pleasant and enjoyable experience for guests looking to stay active or relax.

“Central Korat”
The location is questionable. For one it is difficult to drive your car down some of the small alleys to get to the hotel and two it is a difficult property to walk out of because there are no sidewalks and the alley is narrow. That being said the property itself is very nice and secure with ample parking and it is very central to everything. There was an issue of noise level in the rooms (building A) paper thin walls. I was unfortunate to get caught up in a two hour early morning Chinese conference call in the next room. The staff were very understanding and accommodating. The rooms are good size with comfortable beds and well equipped bathroom. The facilities are very nice covered in trees and walkways with plenty of outdoor seating. Swimming pool is a good size for laps or plenty of chairs for leisure. The fitness room is very small, but it has the essentials for a good work out. I did not eat the breakfast, but I did eat some food from restaurant which was very good. Thai food and Western food you can order from the small cafe beside the lobby. The lobby is also very comforting with plenty of seating and tables to congregate and work on your laptop. I would recommend a stay here for sure, as they are a popular hotel at full capacity during my stay. Beware of the location and good luck with your GPS providing proper direction.
