Ottimo albergo in Macao. Offre tutto: pulizia, relax, tranquillita' ed allo stesso tempo incredibile vicinanza al centro ed alla collina Guia. Non c'e' da dire molto, ne vale la pena.

Standard require update and more personal touch in general both service & amenities
FO: require to improve on efficiency and attention to details regarding reservation and property management. The up side is although the receptionist is not local and does not speak Cantonese but she is very patient on processing out inquiry and checking in at middle of the night. Hskp: Rooms are clean however it would be better if the amenities can be updated in the sense on adding more personal touch into it. Such as: design of amenities, branding and giving a sense of unique feeling to every in-house guest. Others: It was disappointed by not providing charger for our mobile phone (Samsung). Lobby can be enhancing by adding on more carpets instead to reduce noise also can provide a bit more luxury feeling upon arrival. PA should not clean the main entrance in the middle of the day where is the peak for hotel's traffic in result this can avoid unnecessary accidence. Taxi stand should enlarge for guest line up space where hotel should consider guest might have luggage and it is very inconvenience and uncomfortable for guest during lining up. Thank you and wish this might assist in building up future quality stay for every guest.
